Flora Ski-slope Studio Apartment

Pros: Great location, only a short walk to the chair lifts but also on the edge of the resort so had some nice grounds for the kids to play in the snow. Apartment had everything we needed, really good shower.

Enjoyable stay in Borovetz

Pros: I really liked how much the host cared! They were very reachable. The place was quiet. There was warm water throughout our stay The kitchen corner was useful for us. The wifi reception was good. The location was reasonable. Not ski-in ski-out, but short walking distance from the main slopes and ski school next to the Rilla hotel and from the gondola.

Cons: We missed floor towels in the bathroom and lack of basic dry products in the kitchen such as salt and pepper or oil. It would also be helpful if there was a broom to clean the floor if needed. And for longer stays refilling soap and shampoo will be nice 😊 Mind that the room is not big when staying with kids. It is okay if you plan to be outside all day.

Fantastic Accommodation

Pros: The property is in a great location, its not far from the slopes, bars and restaurants. The property was clean and tidy and plenty big enough for a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 children. The host was fantastic, we had plenty of communication, recommendations for eating and places to visit, and they genuinely cared about us and our stay. I have no hesitation in recommending this as a place to stay and would look to stay again of we visit in the future.

Borovets skiing February ‘25. An excellent host.

Pros: The property was clean, spacious and warm. The location was ideal as only a 2min walk from gondola or express ski lifts. Right in the heart of borovets. For the money paid this was excellent value for money. Llewelyn was attentive and offered advice around borovets itself, ski rental and accessibility to local amenities. He was very responsive to any questions and in my opinion went above and beyond.

Cosy clean and convenient apartment for ski

Pros: The location is perfect! Less than 5 minutes walk to the slopes/lifts. Very close walk to all restaurants and bars. Perfect for a couple. Kitchenette has everything you need and apartment is clean, tidy and warm. There is a lift to this apartment on 3rd floor and we left our skis and poles out on the veranda every evening.

Cons: Nothing. No faults at all

The perfect place to stay in Borovets!

Pros: Perfect location. Hunters ski hire is literally in the building below so perfect for our kids ski lessons/hire. A 5 min walk to slope. Lovely snow covered pine forest views. Apartment was big enough for our family of 4 and the kitchen was really well equipped. I Recommend buying your own breakfast because otherwise you have to walk over to the Flora hotel. We used the swimming pool in the hotel which kids loved, reasonable price and there’s a sauna/steam room. Everything is within short walking distance; slopes, restaurants etc and gondola. Couldn’t have asked for better communication from the host. We will be back!

Great stay, amazing communication from Llewelyn and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again when in Borovets.

Pros: Great location, surprisingly big and handled family of 4 with teenage children comfortably. Comfortable bed and sofa bed!

Pros: Very comfortable apartment. The owner is very nice and try to help as much as he can. The apartment location is great. Only five minutes from the ski area. The bed is very comfortable.
