Pros: Everything was fine, communication with the owner, amenities in the room, description consistent with reality.

Cons: Unpleasant smell in the bathroom

Great location and comfortably beds.

Pros: The location was perfect 👌 A good host who sorted out clean towels when needed.

Cons: The drainage in the bathroom.

Unbelievable value for money, huge room, very very comfortable living for borovets.

Pros: Good refurbished finish. Nice linen, well equipped, huge room, good TV, nespresso machine with a couple of capsules. Microwave. Lovely balcony overlooking slopes direction through some trees, easy to look down and see how busy hunters rental place is or not which is useful. Amazing sofa and coffee table for relaxing. Lots of shelves and wardrobe space and hooks for equipment/clothes. Excellent hot towel rail in the bathroom for drying stuff and a good radiator by the window.

Cons: These are all very minor points, flickery work surface light, beds a tiny tiny bit creaky, some quiet radiator / boiler noises in the night, but no big deal as very tired when skiing, curtains a little bit tricky (but manageable) due to the angle of the roof at one side, and needs an end cap to make sure curtains don’t accidentally pull off. Shower head slightly too low for very tall people, maybe benefits from a holder on the side wall of the bath for slightly taller people. None of these things were a problem for us, but just giving genuine honest feedback. A simple toaster would also be a very nice addition.

Pros: Great location, comfy bed and amazing view. Overall it exceeded our expectations.

Cons: The only negative we were able to find during our short stay was the shower, which was placed too low for me(1.90m), so it was slightly harder to wash my head.

Very comfortable stay and the decor exceeded my expectations.

Pros: The apartment was fitted out to a high standard and the main bed & sofa bed were very comfortable. The Flora apartments have a reception and I was able to leave my luggage with them on the final day for €5 as we had an evening flight home. In hindsight I would have used the Hunters ski hire attached to the Flora apartments as the walk to the slopes was very short - just across the road - and the one I used in the Riva hotel was overwhelmed with people due to school holidays (1hr queue on first day). We didnt cook in the apartment as there were lots of good restaurants in Borovets but useful to have the kitchen / fridge for breakfast. Would definitely use this apartment again.

Cons: There was a drain smell from the basin outlet in the bathroom but a cleaner sorted it same day when I whatsapp'd the owner.
