Lovely apartment next to slopes

Pros: Location was great, close to slopes. Nice bathroom, bed in bedroom was comfy and easy to access apartment. Clean and very warm. Attentive hosts, who were really good at keeping in contact and making it all easy.

Cons: The kitchen is not well equipped - not enough bowls, mugs, etc for a family if 4. It was very warm - which is lovely but be prepared to wear shorts in the apartment! Living room sofa bed was hot and a bit uncomfortable, with one of the duvets smelling a bit interesting.

Overall it was excellent, I will go again.

Pros: The location is perfect because it is close to the ski slopes. This was the first time I stayed on the right side of the main road, and I found it much better since the other side is noisy and the air is polluted with smoke from the restaurants. The Flora apartment has a wonderful view of the forest, and you can hear birds singing while enjoying your coffee on the terrace. It is also nice that the bathroom has a large window. I appreciated that the apartment was equipped with a coffee machine and other useful utilities. Additionally, it was convenient that we did not need a key for the apartment, so we didn’t have to depend on one another to enter. The host Ana is very kind and replied immediately.

Cons: The most inconvenient thing was the parking—it was crowded, slippery, and covered in ice. We were lucky to find a free space, but our car was blocked by other vehicles every time. There are reconstruction works nearby, which may have made the situation worse. I also expected that someone might come to change the towels or clean the room, but during our four-night stay, nobody did. There is a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning tools in the apartment, so it seems that cleaning is the guest's responsibility. I’m not sure if this was mentioned in the house rules, but it would be good to know in advance. For me, this was not a big problem, so I am not complaining—just providing information for other guests. One more information - Guests of the apartment do not receive a discount for using the spa and pool at Hotel Flora. .

Perfect experience.

Pros: Warm, clean, comfortable apartment with kitchen tools. Very close to the main ski areas: gondola lift and the lifts behind Rila hotel.

Cons: There’s no microwave.

Pros: Predivan boravak u apartmanu! Ana je veoma prijatna i laka za komunikaciju. Grejanje odlično, sve čisto, dobra lokacija, dobro opremljen..

Yine güzel bir Borovets tatili.

Pros: Dairemiz kayak pistlerine ve çarşıya çok yakın.Her yere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz.Apartmanın altında kayak kiralama yeri de var.Daire sahibi çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü.Bizi kendisi karşıladı.Yeteri kadar mutfak malzemeleri mevcut.

Cons: Daire bize biraz küçük geldi.4 kişi konakladık.Ama fiyat performans olarak iyiydi.

Pros: Nice, comfortable and warm apartment very close to everything. Hosts made us feel very welcome. Would definitely come back.
