Very nice and very good

Pros: During the winter season, it is warm and comfortable hotel. It was clean and the staff were friendly and polite. The restaurant offers a breakfast and also a lunch menu at normal prices.

Pros: Really nice staff and good location close to Rila mountains. Samokov has cool history too

Cons: Bit dated but to be expected for that price. Good value for money

Very Nice hotel in the heart of the city

Pros: The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The plenty of parking seats in front of the hotel. I took one hour extra from my check out , because my online meeting didn’t finished at the time .

Cons: Nobody except from the receptionist speaks English.

Pros: The room was very spacious and clean, the location is great (supermarkets and city park nearby) and the staff was very nice and friendly. The restaurant downstairs is also good :)

Awesome!

Pros: The manager was so kind and understanding! We went as a big group there, and he made sure our stay was perfect. I thank him again this way! Also, the location is amazing, a Lidl is just next to it, the slopes are 10 min away.

Cons: The staff from restaurant didn’t speak english, only one waitress (but in the end we managed).

Pros: Very nice look for 3 star hotel. All was fine, with no single issue which is a rare case. They told me they have been on market 30 years already and all is well-tested and proven.
