Excellent location

Pros: We very much enjoyed our three-night stay here. Perfect location. Walking distance to everything you could need or want to see. The apartment was very spacious for our family of three. Everything was clean and worked properly. Don't be put off by the exterior of the building nor the elevator, which are relics of the Soviet Union era, as the apartment itself is very clean, in great condition, and well equipped. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would happy stay here again if we ever returned to Plovdiv.

Excellent.

Pros: Location. Size. Parking lot, there was a free place during the weekend. The only thing that is missing is a coffee pot for domestic coffee. There is a coffee machine for espresso but not a coffee pot, but everything else is excellent .

Pros: Easy check-in and check out, very clean, sunny, big apartament, good location, 5 min walking to city center, restaurants, shops. It is quiet, you can sleep very well

Pros: I've been to Plovdiv multiple times and this was the best place I've stayed so far. All rooms are comfortable and air conditioned, the balcony is wide and spacious. The central Kapana area is literally across the street. Behind the building is a nice square/park with fast food shops and cafes, perfect for a morning coffee or drink, and breakfast. The building has a front yard where a car can be parked for free but the parking spot is not guaranteed. Price to quality ratio is excellent
