Pros: Location, free parking lot. Enough roomspace and beds for a family of 4 with a kids. It was clean enough and fully equipped with all kind of amenities.

Cons: The sliding door of the bathroom have a significant gap and there is no lock. In this case you do not have a privacy at all when you are using the wc. Same story for the bathroom in the master bedroom, it is more effective that usable.

Pros: The apartment is very cozy and nice. There is all the amenities for a great stay. It’s close to the center. The communication was easy. Thank you! We recommend!

My experience with this apartment

Pros: Everything impressed me from A to Z. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos—clean, elegant, and excellently furnished. What stands out the most is that the apartment's managers have provided tenants with everything they want and even things they don't realize they need. The apartment's facilities are truly outstanding.

Cons: Unfortunately, there is a foul sewage smell coming from the bathroom, and I noticed that many others have mentioned the same issue without any corrective action being taken. The bathroom door is a sliding type, which is absolutely unsuitable for bathrooms. We didn't use the second bathroom because it's inside the master bedroom, with no door separating it. Although this design may add to the aesthetic appeal, it is entirely impractical. A bathroom should ideally have a door to ensure privacy. Additionally, the hand basin in this bathroom is very small and not appropriate. Another thing I didn’t like was the parking space.

Pros: Гарна ,сучасна квартира. Зручна система спілкування з власником. Місце паркування розташоване у дворі дома, що дуже зручно. У квартирі буле майже все необхідне для проживання.

Pros: El alojamiento tiene todo lo que puedes pedir y necesitar, no le falta detalle. Muy amplio y con habitaciones muy cómodas.

Cons: Está un poco alejado del centro.
