Best host and apartment.
Pros: The apartment is perfect. Enough big an equipped with evering that you need for quality stay. The patio is big and beautiful. The owner Petra is so helpful and nice, I haven't meat so dedicated an person to the gests and willing to help the guest with the needs and infos. Also wery important the host is replying wery fast. Recommend it definitely, especially for families.

Christmas mood
Pros: Very helpful and welcoming host. Cozy Christmas atmosphere in the living room. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything needed. Especially appreciated the De’Longhi Dedica coffee machine, the Adax inverter heaters. The beds were very comfortable, and the attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable.
Cons: Nothing to complain about — except the -15°C temperature outside, which of course had nothing to do with the property :)

Pros: The apartment is very nice, very well equipped. It could work for a couple, family of 4 or even 2 couples. The kitchen is good enough, table for four, big comfy sofa. There is small space outside with garden furniture and a swing that is great during good weather.
Cons: There needs to be a bigger garbage bin in the kitchen. Also, not a downside of the apartment, but one should know there is no decent coffee shop nearby (including the lobby bar in the hotel). There is a coffee machine in the kitchen of the apartment, and my husband made a relatively good espresso, but my cappuccino remained a dream. For dinner , the closest fish restaurant requires a reservation, and the hotel restaurant doesn't serve dinner outside of their set menu with limited choice. We were told we could order from the list menu as long as we waited after 20.00 hours, but even then, they refused to serve anything outside of the set menu. Weird experience with the staff in Hotel Terra overall!!

Very pleasant and relaxing stay. Recommending it. Will come back again.
Pros: For the purpose we went with our family, relaxing in the nature with using spa, we are very satisfied. The appartment is having all you need and is very clean. We enjoyed our breakfast and morning coffee in the yard, listening only the birds. Total relax. The host is very responsive. Swimming pool and spa are also great, children enjoyed. Massages in the spa were also nice. We plan to go come back again in the summer. :)

A perfect vacation
Pros: The apartment is extraordinary. It has absolutely everything, including a home pharmacy. It is clean and tidy. The hostess is kind and pleasant. The SPA is in the neighboring hotel, it has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath. All recommendations! We will definitely come again!

Stunning place in mountains, we loved everything
Pros: Very clean, cozy, host was excellent, very responsive and provided many interesting insights to nearby localities worth visiting. Nature there was incredible, we enjoyed clean air and clear sky, had perefect sleep in very comfortable beds. Spa content was super.

Great choice, will definitely go again.
Pros: The host was magnificent. She sent us a detailed overview and instructions for everything, was very responsive. The apartment was very tidy, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious, with great parking. The spa is located in another building (which we knew), about 100 meters from our apt, and it was easy to enter, and was overall very very good. Considering the increasing prices overall in Bansko, this option was excellent, and we will definitely come back.
Cons: n/a we had a clear knowledge of the disadvantages of the location, so nothing came as a suprise.
