TERRA COMPLEX D4 - Private apartment - Golf

Pros: We were very satisfied with our stay! The accommodation was comfortable, very clean, and warm, and it had everything we could possibly need. The pool, sauna, and overall spa facilities were excellent and made our experience even more enjoyable. Even when we faced a small issue, the response and support to resolve it were immediate and very helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely visit again in the future! Highly recommended!

Cons: We couldn't find anything negative… maybe because everything was just perfect! 😄

Pros: We really liked the place, spa and all facilities for our dogs.

Cons: It can be cold at night, but there is one hitter in the apartment.

Pros: The facility had everything we needed it was spacious, well equipped, with a good smart TV and a nice terrace. Each bedroom had its own WC, which was very convenient, and the location was excellent, 2 minutes walk to Terra for Spa & Relax. This zone was more relaxed as i was this a baby it was very convenient, and the center of Bansko is just 10 minutes drive.

Cons: I would only add that the apartment could have been cleaner, as the overall cleanliness did not fully meet our expectations.

Pros: Fells like your own home. There was everything you need for a pleasant stay

Cons: The staff doesn't know even a word in english. During the summer time be prepared and have something to eat at home, other wise drive to razlog or bansko

Apartament privat excelent, departe de agitația din Bansko.

Pros: Apartament generos că suprafața, dotări, amenajare. Proprietarul a fost prompt în a rezolva o problema apărută. Am apreciat în mod deosebit spațiul exterior (o terasa amenajata, excelentă ptr relaxare), SPA foarte in regulă, situat la o distanță mica de locație, în interiorul clădirii principale a hotelului (piscină mare, saune diverse, care nu a părut exagerat de aglomerat nici în vârf de ocupare

Cons: Nu este neapărat un minus, dar trebuie luată în calcul distanță față de Bansko și Gondolă (8km). Noi am preferat varianta aceasta, fiind departe de agitația stațiunii, lactația fiind într-o zonă pitorească și liniștită.

Pros: Aparmanot e golem,so dve posebni spalni,obezbeduva privatnost,osobeno sto sekoja soba i dnevnata imaat izlez vo dvorot .Sekoja soba ima ubav pogled,vo dvorot moze da se uźiva vo zelenilo i planinski vozduh,slušajki gi pticite. Lokacijata ovozmozuva odmor , a na 10 km e Bansko .Spa centarot e vo red i e vklucen vo cenata.Našeto iskustvo beše pozitivno i go preporačuvame Terra complex

Cons: Apartot za espreso e super,no ne sekoj konsumira espreso.Edinstveno nedostasuva aparat za nes ili barem električno đezve koga veke domakinite go opremile stanot poveke od dovolno.

Pros: Всё отлично!!!! В принципе не к чему даже придраться. Продумано до мелочей. До центра Банско на машине 12-13 минут.

Pros: Всичко ни хареса. Апартаментът има всички удобства, което прави престоят комфортен и спокоен. Препоръчваме.

Pros: Много удобен апартамент за четирима души, с прекрасна веранда.

Pros: Всичко беше прекрасно, апартаментът е напълно оборудван, просторен, с чудесен двор към него!
