Pros: Nice, cozy apartment. There were many different dishes and utensils in the kitchen. And I was surprised to find out that washing machine was completed with dryer:) The apartments are located close to South Park. There was bakery with delicious coffee and cheesecake
Cons: There was smoke from smoking in the bathroom, which was drawn in from the ventilation system.

Pros: “The apartment had absolutely everything, with lots of little details — from dishes to tea, salt, spices, and coffee. I especially loved the balcony, a small cozy spot where you can be alone with your thoughts. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the nearest shopping center and metro station. The apartment’s location is fantastic. I felt completely at home here — nothing unnecessary. I travel a lot, and this is the first apartment I’ve come across that had everything: the perfect location and a special atmosphere that truly deserves attention.”
Cons: “The only thing I missed was having a microwave. Since I mostly bought ready-made food, I just needed to heat it up rather than cook. However, there were days when I did cook, so the absence of a microwave didn’t play a decisive role.”

To sup up, I would stay again at this place and I highly recommend it.
Pros: Its location is great. Close to metro station, at a central point of Sofia. Although close to central streets and shops the apartment was very quiet. Apartment well arranged and decorated.
Cons: I only didn't like the fact that is the drawers and cupboards there was staff not of any use to the guests.

Clean place next to all important places ,iwill come again
Pros: The water boiler has only sometimes hot watter. The water was always low warm. The hairdryer was also low warm. No dishwasher, no Kaffeemaschine nor toaster. The kitchen was perfect under all very clean . The Place is directly one the park and mall is some small places got by your food
Cons: It was the perfect place c for few days

Pros: В квартире было абсолютно всё, очень много мелочей, от посуды до чая, соли, специй и кофе. Особенно понравился балкончик, маленькое уютное место, где можно побыть наедине со своими мыслями. До ближайшего торгового центра и метро всего лишь 5 минут ходьбы. Шикарное место расположения квартиры. В этой квартире я почувствовал себя как дома. Ничего лишнего. Я очень много путешествую, и это первая квартира, которая мне попалась, в которой было всё, и расположение, и сама атмосфера квартиры заслуживает особого внимания.
Cons: Единственное, чего мне не хватило, так это наличие микроволновки. Так как я в основном покупал готовую еду, мне достаточно было ее разогреть, а не готовить. Но были дни, когда я и готовил, поэтому отсутствие микроволновки не сыграло решающей роли.

Неплохое расположение за разумную цену.
Pros: Уютная тёплая квартира. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Есть лифт, что очень удобно, когда путешествуешь с чемоданом. Рядом метро и парк. Отличный вайфай для работы!
Cons: Видимо от соседей периодически тянуло в ванную комнату табачным дымом.

Чудесно място за престой в София
Pros: Чудесно местоположение / мол, метро станция, автобус, lidl, billa, локални магазинчета на една крачка/, напълно оборудван апартамент, топло, уютно, чисто. Прекрасно упътване и информация за всичко наоколо. Пак бих резервирала и препоръчвам силно

Sehr schönes sauberes Apartment mit super Ausstattung
Pros: Sehr schönes Apartment. Es ist alles da was man braucht und noch viel mehr :) sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super und der Host sehr freundlich.
Cons: Der Föhn funktioniert leider nicht so richtig, nur lauwarme Luft

Quiet safe and comfortable
Pros: Quiet and safe residential area. Perfect location for my needs. Comfortable bed for a great night sleep. Plenty of places to station your laptop if you are working. Great host and very clear check in instructions, although I’m not very keen on the Al messages :-)
Cons: There was no espresso coffee machine and this is the reason for not giving score of 10. Towels and pillows can be improved
