Cozy Apartment with Mountain View & Parking

Great location and stunning views

Pros: Perfect location, close to the metro. The apartment has a lovely view of the mountain and everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s also an underground parking spot, in case you come by car.

Pros: The appartment is really big with 2 separate bedrooms, idal for families with children, it was clean and the bathroom had a washing machine and products for the shower. There were 2 smart tvs, with netflix and youtube and my children loved it! Moreover, the view of the surrounding mountains is really relaxing! The owner was really kind and helpfull and answed all our questions immediately and he speaks english very well! There are parking spots with payment around the building. The location is great, because it is next to Vitosha Metro station and next to bus station (2' walking). Also there is a mall nearby with a supermarket, so it is very convenient (5' walking). Also, it is near the zoo (20' walking) and near the excibition SOFIA LAND (20' walking).

Cons: The appartment was not child proof. There are many power outlets and the heating appliances in the bedrooms were plugged in. Moreover, the parking spot was not big enough for a mini van (9 seats) and we had to find and pay for a parking spot nearby. Last but not least, the elevator reaches the 6th floor but the appartment is at 7th floor, which is really hard to move when you have a baby with a stroller. But for people with no disabilities is just perfect!!

Pros: Отличная локация. Рядом метро, торговій центр парадайз, лидл, билла.

Pros: Gazda a fost foarte primitoare si implicata. Am ajuns mai tarziu la locatie si ne-a lasat cheile intr-o cutie securizata. Cand am ajuns apartamentul era curat si gazda ne-a lasat niste fructe, dulciuri, apa. Mici detalii care au creat o impresie buna. Privelistea este superba, pentru ea am si ales apartamentul.

Cons: Izolatia casei nu este prea buna, atat fonic cat si de vant. In fata blocului este un depou de tramvaie si zgomotul este foarte mare. Iar in ceea ce priveste apartamentul, paturile nu sunt deloc comode. Atat salteaua cat si pernele si pilota.
