Spacious flat close to the American Embassy

Pros: Amazing place, big apartment, we were 5 people staying there and we managed to have a work session with 3 more clients of us in the living room. It was perfect for our stay, close to food venues, a bit shopping center, close to center, close to different transportation. Would recommend

Pros: It is a nice, big apartment on the first floor and is close to many shops ( Lidl, DM, Paradise mall). The kitchen is very well equipped, beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious. The apartment didn’t offer a park option but the host let us park on his parking place.

Cons: I was aggressively approached from the older ( female) host and felt like an intruder during checking, because of checkin date misunderstanding from her side. After we cleared it out she turned kind. In the corridor of the apartment is an unpleasant smell ( probably from the pipes). We stayed for 5 nights and it didn’t disappear. The garbage track ( the rubbish bins are close to the apartment) is active and noisy every morning at 6 o’clock

Pros: Nice appartm with sining birds in the trees , clean and cosy, near by the metro tram etc . good contact with owner. child bed and stuff were oke.

Cons: the only thing was that some screens in the bedrooms couldnt close. for us no problem but maybe you can repair it. for the washing machine we missed instuctions.

Przestronne, ładne mieszkanie blisko Witoszy

Pros: Duże, przestronne mieszkanie. Wygodna lokalizacja blisko metra. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, było wszystko co potrzebne, trzy sypialnie, duża kuchnia, salon, trzy balkony!

Cons: W większości pomieszczeń są stare drewniane okna. I nie przeszkadza to tak bardzo ale tego typu okna nie są dźwiękoszczelne i słuchać wszystko z zewnątrz. Najgorzej nocą gdy jeżdżą samochody po bruku albo nad ranem przyjeżdża śmieciarka.

Stra consigliato!

Pros: L'appartamento è molto grande e molto bello, su una via tranquillissima. E' a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro, noi abbiamo lasciato qui l'auto (c'è un parcheggio apposito per gli ospiti) e abbiamo utilizzato i taxi per spostarci, dato che sono economici. Le camere sono grandi, ci sono 2 bagni, utili per noi che eravamo un gruppo di 8 amici. Un particolare ringraziamento al proprietario: ci ha aiutati all'una di notte a risolvere un problema con una delle 2 nostre auto, che era stata rimossa da un parcheggio che pensavamo essere gratis. Ha contattato lui il centro rimozione e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per recuperarla.

Pros: Ben equipado, con praza de garaxe, cerca dun supermercado e do metro

Pros: l emplacement près de chez mon fils qui habite à Sofia

Pros: Apartamento muy amplio, camas muy cómodas. Tenía un buen comedor y una buena terraza. Zona muy tranquila

Cons: Poco papel higiénico

If I will came to Sofia again, I will definitely come and visit it again

Pros: During our stay in the apartment with my family, we really liked it. The size was impressive, and the landlords even allowed us to store our luggage in the apartment before it was fully prepared. The location is both pleasant and peaceful, conveniently situated not far from a supermarket and a DM store. Additionally, the apartment is only 600 meters away from the metro and bus stations, which is quite convenient.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: muy amplio en un buen barrio y con plaza para aparcar,también hay restaurantes y supermercado

Cons: alguna persiana estaba rota
