Elegant 1BD Stay on Ekzarh Yosif

Pros: Location is in the heart of Sofia , 2 minutes walk from Metro station , few steps for bus station and public transportation , few steps to Market , vendors , convenient stores . cleanliness is superb . very modern elegant clean stylish place + there is a washing machine

Cons: I wish if there were an Elevator apart from that everything is awesome

Pros: The door is not numbered, and it is confusing, but there are several doors in the same hallway, and you do not have your door numbered.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made the entire experience even better. A nice stay in a great location

Pros: The apartment was comfortable, shower had good heat and pressure, the bed was also comfortable and there were 2 TV's in the unit. The apartment had ample linens for our stay and the host (management company) responded well to any questions we had. Linens were clean and of good quality, and there were plenty of extra pillows. Location was also excellent as we were able to walk to all of our points of interest.

Cons: The sofa bed was not very comfortable in our opinion, nor was the sofa and it could use a good cleaning. The apartment could use some maintenance, the 2 lamps hanging in the living room are falling apart, there is a drawer in the kitchen full of lamp pieces that have fallen. The walls have a lot of marks/stains and could use cleaning/painting. A lot of water gets out of the shower, enough that the floor mat was soaked after the first time we used it, a new bottom door seal should help. The hot water temperature is also set too high, the water coming out of the tap is scalding hot and could injure someone.
