Pros: Very well located, closed to everything. Tram station just infront and women market as well. The flat is very spacious, confortable beds, and good living room and kitchen. Communication with the owner was great! Very helpful.

Good agency

Pros: We stayed at another apartment as this one was under some refurbishments. The agency that rents it has a great service level and guided us to another apartment which ended up being an upgrade for us. We stayed in another neighborhood, so we can not say much about this one. But we can assure that the agency is completely trustful, the staff is kind and polite and the apartment we stayed in was a second home for us. Thank you very much

Pros: Good place. 10min from Vitosha, but less touristic. jus below you have the womens market, really good prices. Also the Billa is 5minutes away. Just in front you have the tram passing every minute. The apartment is well equipped, it's actually better than the pictures. Really clean where they clean. There are 2 bedrooms, both with french beds. The bathroom is better than the picture with a whole big shower. Kitchen well equipped as well, even though we didn't use that too much. Strangely, they equip you with 4 coffee capsule and 4 dishwasher capsule, not depending on the amount of people or days. But it's ok, it's cheaper to have a salad in a restaurant than at home.

Cons: the balcony was completely left out from the cleaning, not vital but it wasn't the best. No mosquito net. Some musty smell when we entered but it was ok after a couple of days.

Cons: Kaffeemaschine ging nicht oder es haben Teile gefehlt, kein Geschirrtuch in der Küche

Pros: La ubicación es buenísima, muy cerca de todo. El apartamento es amplio, tiene todo lo necesario. Había té y café.

Cons: El aire acondicionado de una habitación no funcionaba, pero había un calefactor , el colchón de una de las camas no era cómodo. La limpieza podría ser mejor, aún así , estaba bien. La comunicación con el responsable fue muy buena y espero que arregle todos estos detalles. Es un tercero sin ascensor por lo tanto imposible para personas con movilidad reducida y con niños pequeños.

Pros: The location is perfect. It is within walking distance of most tourist spots, shops, metro stations and restaurants in Sofia. The size of the living & dining area, and the bedrooms are quite spacious. The kitchen is a bit cramped. However it has all the facilties mentioned.

Cons: We were only given less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper (for 4 guests and 3 night stay)!! There were some in the cabinet but it is locked. We had to buy. The air-cond unit in the big bedroom was rather noisy, and the shower-room drainage smelled from time to time.
