Pros: The apartment was wonderful – clean, fresh, and very nicely maintained. It’s close to the main street but still quiet, so you get the best of both worlds. The host provided detailed instructions for picking up the keys, so there was no chance of getting lost. Highly recommended!

Pros: Great place, great location. Very clean with all the necessary things to live there for a couple of days, even more.

Cons: This is not a negative thing, rather a suggestion. Since during my stay there was no hot water (due to no fault of the owner, of course), so you might want to consider adding a water heater just in case.

Pros: Perfect location just off vitosha Blvd. Secure and very peaceful even though right in the centre. Easy self check in.

Pros: The flat is comfortable and in a great central location.

Cons: Its on the third floor, the air-conditioning is not great and its a shame that no international channels are provided via a rather very small TV.

Big value for money in central Sofia, calm and clean

Pros: Very central location, 5 min by foot from the main boulevard with restaurants and shops and maybe 7 min from the NDK-metro station. Around 20 min to the archaeological museum. Nonetheless very calm (one way road), also in the house no noise. Absolutely clean. Third floor without escalator, but comfortable staircase. Comfortable bed. I did not see the owner, but she or he responded quickly to messages; explications how to get in the apartment came timely. Some basic groceries (oil, salt, tea, instant coffee) were present. A nice small café and bakery with some vegetarian meals, also to go, is just down the road (corner Solunska).

Cons: There was an uncomfortable smell from canalisation in the bathroom - opening of the window helps. The kitchen equipment is basic, but I did not intent to do big cooking.

Pros: The location is unbeatable if you wish to be in the city centre, within minutes walking from most main sights, the main pedestrian street and nightlife. It is very close to the metro, so connection to the airport and main bus station is easy. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable for a short stay.

Great value for money

Pros: Very central location, close to main amenities and metro station. Good comms with the owner. Spacious apartment.

Cons: Not a problem for me but it is on the third floor with no elevator( standard for the area), sofa and bed a bit too soft I have to knit pick.

The perfect accommodation in Sofia center

Pros: The location is absolutely great and the apartment is just perfect for staying a few days in Sofia. Every question I had, the owner replied right away, kind and efficiently. Also the instructions for the check in were crystal clear. There is an iron, a boiler, a fridge, a washing machine, a coffee maker, etc (I didn't use any of them, but everything is available and looks just fine). Shower pressure and temperature are good too. If I have to come back, I will stay here for sure.

Cons: If you are looking for somewhere fancy with latest design furniture, this may not be of your liking, but that's a matter of taste. It was comfortable, correct and well equipped.

Lovely experience!

Pros: Easy communication with the host (very kind and precise person!). The flat is super central, clean, cosy and silent. I will definitely come back for my next visit to Sofia!
