A sweet little place with a balcony to people watch

Pros: A great little studio apartment in a fantastic location. Clean and comfortable. Loved the sweet little balcony. Would stay again, and tried, but they were already booked!

Cons: Wasn’t a big fan of the shower, but this is the way they do it in Sofia, it seems.

Great studio with balcony and fantastic location

Pros: We loved our stay here, sad it was only for 2 nights. Clean and tidy little studio with a lovely balcony! Excellent location! Silvia was a lovely host thank you for your hospitality.

Cons: Nothing to do with the property or Silvia’s problem, but the neighbours in the apartment block smoke and the smell is quite bad and wafts into the apartment from the hallway. We shut the door after the bathroom and it kept the smell out of the living area. Like I said nothing to do with the property but thought to mention it as other travellers might have the same issue, and it made it much more enjoyable

This is not the Hilton - but doesn't cost that much either

Pros: This place is all about location, very close to all the sights and the vibrant main street with its rich bar and club culture. The balcony is a nice addition. The wifi was superb. Communication with the host was also perfect. Heating was fine. Excellent value.

Amazing apartment in Sofia

Pros: The apartment is amazing, it is tidy and very in the central. Sofia is beautiful and the host Silvia is very helpful with advices. She gave a suggestion booklet for her guests about what to do in Sofia, before arrival she explained how to get to the apartment.

Pros: Sylvia, our host was really sweet and comunicative The location was a big advantage The studio is cozy and clean We had a great time😁

Lovely appartment very well located in Sofia

Pros: Sylvia was really nice and gave us plenty of informations before and after our arrival. The appartment was really well located in the city, close to the main street of Sofia. There was everything we needed in the appartment, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons: The only problem was to get the keys from the porter, who didn't speak English. But that's very minor, everything was really great !

Pros: Everything was good. Nice and clean, good communication with the host, quiet, excellent location. Silvia let us check out at 1pm as our flight was late in the afternoon. Quite happy overall.

Cons: The washing machine was a bit noisy but this was a minor issue.

Hostess, apartment and location is perfect. We will definitely to come back in Sunny Downtown Studio

Pros: Hostess was very friendly and attentive. Hostess provides detailed information on how to reach the property. Apartment is comfortable; the location of the apartment is in the heart of Sofia, in a quiet residential neighborhood, near the metro station and in 1 min from Boulevard Vitosha. We will definitely to come back in Sunny Downtown Studio.
