ArtE Vitosha Blvd

Pros: Very cozy, spacious and well eqipped appartment on excelent location - pedestrian street in epicenter of Sofia. Very good and easy communication with the owner Vladimir, giving us all necessary infos we might need before our arrival.

Cons: Toalet bowl inside bath space (cabin) is quite strange solution! - after using a bath there is water on floor inside and consequently problem to use toalete. If you come by car, as we did, the only solution is parkings lots which are quite expensive: 25 eur/day in our case.

Convenient stay in Sofia

Pros: Very spacious, cozy apartment, right in the main boulevard. Still very quiet at night. The apartment had all the equipment, also coffee! Everything was perfect, clean, and Vladimir a very friendly and responsive host.

Cons: Everything was good!

Location Location Location

Pros: The location is amazing right in the centre of vitosha Boulevard, where you want to be the host. was very good keeping us up to date with everything and only a text away if you need him

Cons: The toilet is inside the shower cubicle, which means if you have a shower in the morning, the floor is wet the rest of the day

Pros: Great location and very easy check in. Spacious and relaxing, really well stocked. Can’t ask for anything else! It was very quiet even though on the main boulevard.

Pros: Perfect location for enjoy the city. Easy to find and get in. Huge apartment, lot of space for family 2+

Spacious location, close to City Park!

Pros: Great location, centrally located in a good neighbourhood. Host made check in easy and was easily contactable if we had any issues. Clean and spacious place, comfy bed and couch, large kitchen.

Cons: The lounge colours and paintings we not to my taste but each to their own. The wetroom floor drainage could be quicker.

The cleanliness and equipment are of a high standard. But above all, Vladimir's kind attitude and dedicated care made our vacation even better. Incredible Apartment in Sofia Center

Pros: This place is absolutely incredible. It's in the heart of Vitosha Blvd, close to everything, near restaurants and of walking distance from the city's attractions. The apartment is huge, and equipped with everything you could imagine. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. Very recommended!

Fabulous, spacious apartment right in the centre, would defniitelty stay again

Pros: The location was fantastic and the apartment was incredibly spacious and only a few steps up to the raised ground floor with an outside space at the back. Loved the kitchen.

Cons: The toilet is in the shower and the drainage wasn't quite working as well as it should do.
