Pros: Exceptional accommodation, very professional behaviour from staff, always kind and taking care of the comfort of guests.

Pros: Everything was wonderful. The helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the rooms. The rooms are the latest marvel of technology, everything is touch-controlled. There is a shopping center within walking distance. It's a place you'll want to come back to without hesitation. The hotel has its own parking lot, but it's a bit limited. If there's space available, you're in luck, but if not, you may have to use the paid parking lot.

Good for a Short Stay, but Lacking in Comfort and Facilities

Pros: The rooms were clean, and the air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable. There's free parking right in front of the hotel, which is really convenient. The location is good, with Mall Plovdiv just next door, making it easy to shop or grab a bite. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies available throughout the day in the dining room – it’s a nice touch.

Cons: The hotel is quite small, with only one floor of rooms, and there aren’t any recreational facilities like a fitness centre, pool, or spa, so it feels a bit more like a motel in that sense. The amenities were fairly basic – there was only one type of pillow, small, thin towels, and low-quality slippers. There’s also no closet to unpack your clothes, and the door doesn’t lock from the inside for added privacy. The room itself isn’t spacious enough to comfortably open a large suitcase, and the bathroom felt cramped as well. Additionally, there’s no in-room safe; instead, you have to use a safety deposit box in the lobby, which isn’t staffed 24/7. While everything went fine with my use of the box, I couldn’t shake the feeling that it might be a bit risky, especially overnight.

Pros: The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. It's great that there is a parking lot reserved. There is free coffee, tea, cookies and apples.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable facilities. We had to stay close to the nearby University Hospital and this place had the best rating. Definitely deserved, if I dare say so myself. We will come again.

Pros: Very clean, very modern, located very conviniently right next to a shopping center and the Rowing canal. A short (10 min) drive to the city center. The hotel provided us with underground parking as promised. Would recommend!

Pros: I travel more, for work and pleasure. I stayed in other hotels 5 stars but this hotel is a special gem. First and foremost, it's spotlessly clean and tidy. The self-service check-in is easy and intuitive. The room is a blend of elegant and technology. Wall-mounted motorized curtains, LED lights, clean air trought the air condition, thebedside tables equipped with fast wireless chargersand for the phone and, last but not least, a small but very functional perfumed bathroom with a big double shower cabin and special opaque/transparent glass that changes color when the door is opened. The buffet room offers a varied sweet and savory menu, complete with drinks. All the staff are exquisite, sweet, polite and always available. Thank you more. I'm almost tempted to stay a few more days...
