Beautiful, modern and well maintained apartment located in the heart of Sofia ❤️

Pros: Beautiful interior, modern and renovated one bedroom apartment equipped with all essential utensils and more. Located in the heart of Sofia, just a few minutes walk from major tourist facilities within the city centre. Well maintained, clean and tidy to a perfect condition. Host was of the most help and support.

Cons: The only minor downside is there’s no lift in the building, due to the architecture. The apartment is located on the 8th floor and has a great view.

Pros: Чудесно апартаметче в сърцето на София. Има всичко, което ви е нужно. Много уютно и удобно. Ново обзавеждане. Чисто, любезни домакини. Посрещането е с бутилка вино и бутилка минерална вода.

Cons: Неудобството е, че е на най-горния 6-ти етаж на стара сграда и няма асансьор, което е проблем, ако имате багаж. Телевизорът е нов и смарт, но няма кабелна връзка с телевизионни канали.

Pros: В наявності все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Помешкання чисте, зручне, затишне. Наявні два кондиціонера, що зробило перебування влітку комфортним.

Ottima posizione, proprietario disponibile ed estremamente gentile, appartamento nuovo ristrutturato

Pros: Comoda, di recente ristrutturazione, in pieno centro. Facilmente raggiungibile con metro fermata Serdika, oppure autobus. Possiede lavatrice, phon, lenzuola, coperte, asciugamani, wifi, macchina per il caffè, bagnoschiuma, carta igienica.

Cons: Si trova al 6° piano di uno stabile storico senza ascensore. Di notte rumore dei locali aperti. Ci sono capitati dei vicini di casa molesti durante le ore notturne.

Sofia inaspettata

Pros: La posizione è assolutamente centrale e permette di arrivare ovunque a piedi senza problemi. L’appartamento è funzionale e molto carino, manca la tv ma onestamente in vacanza non ci farei nulla. Manca l’ascensore, ma è segnalato e comunque rende il tutto ancora più caratteristico! Così come l’ingresso al palazzo tramite l’entrata di una galleria di negozio, decisamente particolare!
