Artistic studio in Sofia's top center

Pros: Central location, chic trendy neighborhood. Quiet. Interesting craft beer varcdiwnstaurs, friendly international. The apartment was original, old fashioned , quirky, interesting. Nice balcony for morning sun. Nice old music centre. Warm. With reverse cycle aircon. Great value

Cons: 5th floor, no elevator, might be a problem fir some. Small trivial things which I have commented to the owner, which I am sure will be fixed.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay a lot in this comfortable, well-located, clean apartment. Nice helpful top host.

Cons: In hot weather: only a fan is available.

Pros: The apartment was great,Amazing location very quiet and central and Cozy very clean.comfortable bedroom you can find anything necessary in the flat. Check-in went smoothly and the host explained the process in very detailed manner. Christian was brilliant host just an all round lovely man the communication with was great top host who really wants to give good service very super helpful he was friendly man I definitely recommended it to anyone it was so good be being close to the centre and also very quiet

Amazong nest in the centre of Sofia

Pros: Amazing location - very quiet and central. Cozy balcony with a nice view, very comfortable bed. Photos are not showing the real condition of an apartment, it's much more better in the real life. Fast Internet connection, which is necessary for digital nomads like me. Smart TV, chess, powerful speakers. And, the most important, cool landlord 😎🤟

Cons: 5th floor without an elevator, no stove

Perfect location

Pros: Fantastic location, just metres from the main pedestrian street. The host is very helpful, responds quickly, and you can find anything necessary in the flat.

Pros: Top location near centre in an interesting street, top host who really wants to give good service. Room was quite big and had a very homely feeling

Cons: On TOP floor= 9 stairs every time to go up&down.

Great value for money, definitely would stay there again if visiting Sofia

Pros: Check-in went smoothly and the host explains the process in a very detailed manner, also he allowed me to check-in earlier and this was super helpful. The studio is very comfy as well as the bed. Given that it is located in the top floor, the balcony adds a nice vibe to the place and it's pleasant to stay outdoor while in there. Regarding the location, it's just a few minutes walking from the main attractions and there are lots of coffee places, restaurants, and places like that in the surroundings.

Cons: Not a personal complaint cause this wasn't a hurdle to me, but there is no lift and the studio is situated on the last floor.

Great apartment and a great host in the perfect location

Pros: The apartment was great. The layout was homely and spacious. The heating came on at perfect times. The balcony was nice to sit out with a cup of tea. It was in the perfect location, literally one street away from the main boulevard. Christian was a brilliant host, answered all of our questions and is just an all round lovely guy. Shower is also well good!

Cons: Not much really. Could do with a microwave or hob but did not impact us.

Pros: Ubicación super céntrica y el trato por parte del propietario muy amable y atento. La casa es muy cómoda y tiene muy buen aire acondicionado.

Cons: Echamos de menos un microondas, pero por lo demás estupendo!

Host fantastico!

Pros: L’host super gentile, ha svoltato il nostro ultimo giorno a Sofia! Posizione perfetta a un minuto da Vitosha Boulevard, tutto molto cozy e luminoso, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per quel che ci riguarda.

Cons: Il bagno potrebbe essere migliorato e con qualche rifinitura/lavoretto in più l’appartamento sarebbe super top.
