Relaxing and fun!

Pros: Lovely accommodation - spacious clean , comfy rooms and beds. The staff were friendly and accommodating . Food was fresh, tasty and in abundance! Swimming pool great fun , nice spa facilities. Great value for money

Beautiful Hotel, where staff will go extra miles to care for your needs.

Pros: Lovely Staff of the Hotel and the Restaurant. Spacious Room for my family.

Cons: No ability to buy Ski Pass directly with them.

A good visit with family for skiing and a nice swimming pool and leisure sauna and steam room .

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Food quality for other meals was outstanding

Cons: Around the hotel was a bit of a building site with stuff dumped on one side. NOT THE FAULT OF THE HOTEL.

Pros: This place is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. With it being an independent hotel the staff genuinely care about the place and looking after you, something you don't necessarily get with the chain hotels. The food is outstanding and the attention given by the waiting staff and reception staff was wonderful.

Pros: A nice, chic hotel, friendly reception staff, close to the gondola and the center. Good breakfast.

Cons: I can't say that this hotel is 5 stars, a bit too expensive for what it offers.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and service is great.

Pros: Location is great and walking distance to the Ski Gondola and hotel had a free regular transfer too.

Cons: On a few of the nights, it got very windy at night and the wind blew hard against the terrace windows and door and some draughty came into the room and the noise was very loud. This kept us up.

Pros: The facilities were very nice and very clean. One of the ladies in reception she was very good with kids. Family friendly hotel with kids play area and kids pool.

Cons: Rooms were too hot and parking is mainly off street

Perfect hotel with excellent design, Relax zone, restaurant and staff for superb stay!

Pros: Really big apartment with fair-place. Excellent design with wood, stones, colors and textile. A lot of lights. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. А very rich breakfast with homemade items and variety of coffee drinks. We also had a super delicious lunch & dinner at the hotel. Staff is very nice and supportive. Very good SPA/relax zone. Definitely we will come again.
