Pros: Even better than the pictures! The team was lovely too, reached out to us frequently to check if everything is okay and offered optional daily cleaning.

Pros: There were some technical issues with the reserved apartment, but the staff of the hotel went above and beyond to ensure that our stay in the hotel as a replacement went smoothly and did not inconvenience us at all.

Pros: Stunning decor in a period property right next to key places of interest. Efficient air conditioning. Excellent service from Juno hotel, who run the property and are located nearby

Cons: The apartment is on the third floor - although the hotel took our heavy suitcase up the stairs

Elegant stay in the heart of the city

Pros: The location was great, as was the quality of the apartment, it was lovely and very comfortable for our family.

Perfect and stylish apartment in the City Centre.

Pros: Next door to the National Theatre the location is super-central but quiet nevertheless. The house and apartment is very stylish and clean, the bathroom, kitchen and furniture are highly modern. The information on and handling of access, safe parking and so on are useful and convenient.

Cons: Nothing.

Ideal location, lovely apartment and staff

Pros: Ideal location to visit the city with shops, restaurants and museums in walking distance. The apartment was very spacious, excellent air con and lovely furnishings with everything we needed. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful

Cons: No lift but this was not an issue for us

We all enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

Pros: The location was very good. We were beside the national Theatre and a large open green area. A quiet situation most of the time. We were able to walk everywhere in the centre of Sofia. A very large apartment, well appointed. The Juno Hotel staff team were helpful when a few issues were raised.

Cons: Unfortunately there was a bit of early noise at the theatre on a couple of the mornings because of equipment changes at the theatre. Nothing too bad though. The balcony door came off its hinges, meaning we couldn't go on to the balcony and couldn't be fixed. Once they had been informed, the Juno staff team sent someone to check it, and apologised as it wouldn't be able to be fixed while we were staying there. The lighting in the bedrooms was strange - no good for reading. Would have liked mirrors in the bedrooms.

One of the best city stays .. and we’ve done a few!

Pros: A superb luxe option, spacious and thoughtfully equipped. The design is aesthetically appealing, the furnishings luxe, the location superb. We loved our stay.. wish it had been longer. Thank you juno team.
