Central St Vitosha Apartment

Overall great value in a wonderful location.

Pros: Amazing location, and excellent value for money! The host was very responsive and helpful and really accomodating with our requests. Was right in the middle of the city and overall fantastic price with everything we needed.

Cons: Shower did not drain very well and was not super clean. The toilet also struggled to flush properly. We had issues with the hot water but this was not the fault of the host but rather the council and ended up coming back during our stay.

Very good stay in a cozy apartmant

Pros: The location was perfect, so close to everything. Metro is also nearby. A lot of shops and restaurantes in Vitosha bulevard so you have many choices to choose from. The apartment has everything you need. There isn’t much natural light but the good lighting makes the place look brighter.

Cons: There was a small problem with flusher, it takes longer to fill up again so you need to wait longer to use it again. Also the water in the shower was slowly going through the drain so it fills up pretty quickly but it wasn’t overflowing.

Pros: location.The owner Chris was a fantastic host. He answered all our questions.

Cons: It would be better to have a shower cabin for the shower.

Excellent choice for accommodation in central Sofia.

Pros: The apt was very clean, warm, quiet and everything inside was new and is well thought out to provide guests a pleasurable stay. It included all toiletries and even washing machine detergents. It's situated on Vitosha street where lots of shops, restaurants/cafes and mini markets are at your doorstep. Chris, who welcomed us to the apt was very helpful and at hand if we needed anything.

Cons: There was nothing not to like about the place.

Pros: Very nice appartment next to the pedestrian shop street and close to all the needed accomodation - including 24/7 shops. A good parking slot was found 2 streets away in ul. Angel Kanchev.

Brilliant, we will come again

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect - the most central pedestrial street in Sofia, yet very quiet and secluded with entrance on the main street but rooms and windows on the back of the building - very quiet! It is 2min walk to the Metro. It is surrounded by great reataurants shops and cultural sights It is also reasonably sized for a central flat with all ammenities in the kitchen and a nice bathroom

Pros: Чудесно местоположение, чисто, удобно, заредено с всичко необходимо. Беше топло въпреки студа навън. Лесна комуникация. Отлично съотношение цена/качество.

Pros: الموقع جيد جدا في قلب شارع الفيتوشا مجهز بمعدات الطبخ الكاملة مناسب لعائلة صغيرة الحمام يتوفر فيه شطاف انصح بالسكن فيه ألقائمين على تاجيره متعاونين و مهتمين براحة المستأجرين The property boasts an excellent location in the heart of Vitosha Street. It is fully equipped with modern cooking appliances and is well-suited for a small family. The bathroom includes a bidet. I highly recommend this accommodation. The landlords are known for their helpfulness and attentiveness to clients comfort.

Pros: Всичко в апартамента е почти чисто ново. Не липсва нищо за престоя ви. Крис беше много любезен и отзивчив.

Cons: Водата в банята не изтича лесно. В резултат на това става едно малко наводнение. Ако не внимавате ще излезе и в коридора. Плюс това имаше няколко хлебарки. Остъклената врата на външната врата на хола води в нищото, в бездна. Да внимавате особено ако пристигнете вечер. Но собственика каза че ще се погрижи за всичко.
