Excellent apartment in an amazing location

Pros: Superb location, right on the heart of Vitoshka with an abundance of amazing restaurants on your doorstep. Apartment was big, two balconies, full kitchen etc.

Pros: Great location and the apartment is furnished really nice. Brand new elevator which is not common for most buildings in this area. Had 2 balconies ( both from each bedroom)

Cons: The AC units are just in the living room and just one of the bedrooms, we stayed for 3 nights and was hot so our son couldn’t sleep in the spare bedroom unfortunately, which wasn’t ideal as we practically didn’t even use the spare bedroom. Also the cleanness could be improved a lot, the floors were dusty and our pillow covers had stains. They were lots of shoes in the shoe cabinet so couldn’t use it.

Pros: Appartment in the center of Vittoshia blvd.. Down the elevator and you are there.. Great location.. Spacious appartment.. Brand new deco

Cons: Although upon arrival both TV ' s were not operating due to some electrical issue upon calling the host problem was solved the same day. Kind suggestion to host.. A coffee machine will add to the apptmnt as well as change in cleaning liquid as the appartment smelled of chlorine.. Otherwise a perfect easy stay

Pros: It was exceptionally clean and the location is great.

Cons: It is brand new and the location was close to everything that may be important for a traveller.

Soggiorno eccezionale!

Pros: La posizione era veramente ottima, l'appartamento bellissimo, ampi spazi, tutto molto curato, ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Bel palazzo, bel panorama, nessun problema di rumori provenienti dalla strada.

Pros: Es un apartamento completo, muy espacioso, cómodo y ubicado en el centro de la calle principal de Sofía, llena de tiendas y restaurantes.

Pros: Emplacement idéal. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé (pas de four par contre) Échange fluide avec le propriétaire

Cons: Quelques placards pas propres Insonorisation moyenne (voisins)

Pros: الشقة لها موقع متميز وتتوسط الاماكن السياحية بالمدينة كما انها تقع على شارع فيتوسكا معتلية المطاعم والمقاهي التي تكون على جانبي الشارع مما ان الشقة مفروشة حديثا ضمن بناية مصانة بالكامل بها مصعد ونظام امن عالي الشقة مكونة من غرفتين باسرة مريحة واغطية نظيفة مكيفة الهواء سواد بالتبريد او بالتدفئة بها جميع متطلبات المنزل لتعطي ساكينها الجو العائلي وهذا من ضمن ما احببناه فيها الديكور الداخلي ينم على ذوق عالي لمالكها اتمني عند زيارتي القادمة النزول في ضيافتهم كما لا انسى الاستمتاع بالشارع من البلكونات سواء الرقية عند طلوع الفجر او عند الغروب والنظر الى نشاطات الشارع المياة الساخنة موجودة بكل الشقة سواء للاستحمام او حتي بالشطاف بالحمام وهذا ما اراحني كثيرا المكان يضفي روح العائلة الى روح المكان في خلطة لا تستطيع نسيانها تحتوي الشقة على على جهازين تكييف والتدفئة في كامل الشقة انترنيت سريع وقوي كما ان المطبخ يحتوي جميع احتياجات الطبخ كما تتوفر الغسالة وحبل الغسيل

Pros: Very comfortable and clean place on an exclusive location, having absolutely everything in walking distance. Very good service of the property managers, will definitely book again. Plus it's way more spacious than it appears on the pictures.

Pros: המיקום מצוין! על שדרות ויטושה ליד החנות של הנזל וגרטל. דירה מהממת, מרווחת. קיבלנו כל מה שהיינו צריכים. יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש. מרפסת יפה שצופה על שדרות ויטושה. כדאי לדאג ששדרות ויטושה סגור לכלי רכב והחניה היא ברחובות הצדדיים. בלילה החניה חינם אבל בשעות היום מוגבלת לשעה בלבד ולא אפשרית למי שלא תושב בולגריה (כי צריך להיות רשום ולשלוח סמס למספר כלשהו), אפשר לשלם על חניה די קרובה דרך בעל הדירה.

Cons: המקלחת קטנה. יש מזגן רק בסלון ובחדר שינה ולא בחדר הילדים (היינו באוגוסט והיה חם מאוד) אבל הילדים לא התלוננו במיוחד. היינו ושילמנו על חמישה אנשים אבל קיבלנו רק 4 מגבות, שמיכות, כריות וכו׳.
