Overall we are Happy

Pros: Though it was on the 4th floor and the building was very old, the flat was renovated and in the best location.

Cons: With the baby trolly it was a bit difficulty to climb because these is no lift in the building .

Calm and cozy flat

Pros: The apparent was cozy and very peaceful. Shower was amazing. The small balcony added more leisure feeling the nature around while having a cup of coffee. Mr Alex was very kind and supportive taking care of everything to make an enjoyable and rewarding l stay. Overall a safe and cozy place to recommend.

Cons: The stairs was the only thing a bit challenging due toy health condition

Nice apartment, good value for money

Pros: Apartment is a very decent size for 1 or 2 people, has all the amenities that you might need. Good value for money, A couple of shops in walking distance.

Cons: No elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor. For me the location was perfect due to the proximity of my work, but you need to walk a bit to get to any public transport option.

Pros: We fell in love with Sofia thanks for this beautiful city centre located apartment and the bonus of the place is the washing machine with dryer system since we've been travelling awhile this is very useful, thank you for all.

Cons: We have big luggages have to walk all the way to 4th floor is not a easy job, otherwise all good!

Great value for money - I would gladly recommend it to my friends.

Pros: The apartment was exactly as in the photos, clean and in good condition. The decor was modern and there were all the appliances that you could need, also the air conditioning worked well. The key is located in a key box right next to the door so you can arrive and leave when you want without any hassle. Great value for money. Bonus points for the hotel vibe we got from the small details (towels on the bed etc.).

Cons: The only small inconvenience we encountered was finding the right capsules for the coffee machine. To make the stay even more enjoyable for future guests it would be great to have a few capsules to get started with as well as advice on where to get more (you have to go to a bigger supermarket to get them).

We had an amazing time. Great location, great staff, great room.

Pros: It was spacious and comfortable! The shower had space, kitchen was equipped. The bed was super super comfortable. We could pick sour cherries and mulberries from the balcony and the window which we liked a lot.

Cons: If there was one thing we didn’t like, there was no olive oil. Or we couldn’t find it… it would be nice to have olive oil for families who travel and cook :)

Pros: Μας άρεσε πρώτα η τοποθεσία,μετά το design η ζέστη που είχε λόγω κρύου έξω, η βεράντα, το άνετο κρεβάτι οι οικιακές συσκευές πλην του ψυγείου που δεν έχει καπάκι στην κατάψυξη και έπιανε πολύ πάγο σύντομα,θα πρέπει να μπει ένα μεγάλο ψυγείο αυτό είναι μόνο το αρνητικό στο διαμέρισμα και που δεν έχει ασανσέρ. Αυτά τα δύο είναι μείον κατά τα άλλα όλα πολύ καλά.

Pros: L'emplacement : à 5 minutes à pied de la Cathédrale Saint-Alexandre-Nevski, dans un quartier résidentiel et très calme avec de nombreux petits restaurants aux alentours. La déco : l'appartement a été rénové avec goût et est très fonctionnel. Il y a des des doubles rideaux pour éviter un réveil trop matinal et même une porte de douche 😊 ( pas systématique en Bulgarie). Le confort : une chambre avec un grand lit double très confortable ( avec un sur-matelas 👌). Principaux résultats

Cons: Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu utiliser le lave-vaisselle à cause du manque de vaisselle donc obligé de laver à la main au fur et à mesure. En effet, seulement 3 couteaux, 3 fourchettes, 3 cuillères, 3 assiettes ... Vraiment trop juste ! Pensez aussi à prévoir un sur-matelas pour la 3ème personne qui dort sur le canapé car il est très dur. J'y est passé 5 nuits pas très agréables, dommage ...

Perfecte

Pros: És un apartament ampli, modern i comfortable. Molt a prop de la catedral. L’apartament té tot l’indispensable per a una bona estada.

Cons: Tot ha estat bé.

Appartamento bello ed elegante

Pros: Il monolocale è perfetto per una coppia. L'appartamento è dotato veramente di tutto e la posizione ottima per fare tutto a piedi.
