Contemporary Comfort 1BD Flat in Lozenetz

Very enjoyable stay in a clean, modern apartment

Pros: Location good, close to train station / tramlines. We walked quite a bit & found parks, shops, restaurants, etc within easy reach. Also possible to walk to central tourist locations if you don't mind walking for 25 - 30 mins. Host was very polite & attentive.

Cons: Entrance way to get to apartment!!! Very off putting so it's a relief when you get to apartment as it is very modern, clean & spacious. Not a problem for us but for anyone with mobility issues the apartment is up 6 small flights of stairs & there is no lift.

a great place to stay in Lozenets

Pros: Lozenets is a good location to stay. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped; a large dining table was very helpful as a desk for me. Bathroom: quite good. A beautiful tree is right outside the window and balcony lets you enjoy it. A park is nearby, and another one not far away — all beautiful. Trams, cafes and several restaurants available; one could walk to the city center also.

Cons: The bedroom doesn't have an air conditioner; some nights it was pretty hot to sleep well without A/C. Then also, there was a night when loud techno music blasted like crazy from some festival in the park, until late into the night. Other nights there was just some rock concert, which was loud, but not all night, thanks god. Also, when I tried to sleep in the living room (which is AC-equipped), a light from the house next door was shining right into the window.

Pros: the apartment is spacious and comfortable. There's no parking in the area and I think if you arrive by car it's better to stay somewhere else

Cons: parking, also when we stayed there there were a few mosquitos (both nights) and we didn't open any windows so I don't know where the came from but i think if there will be some electric appliance to reject them it can help

Pros: Minden tetszett!!! Gördülékeny bejutás, tisztaság, csend! Egyszerűen szuper! Minden közel van. Park, bolt, közlekedés!

Pros: Большая комфортная квартира. Кухня полностью оборудована. Месторасположение шикарное, рядом большой парк, недалеко метро.

Cons: 3й этаж без лифта. Мне не критично, но пожилым людям может быть тяжеловато. Несмотря на москитные сетки на окнах, в квартире были комары, хорошо бы чтобы был фумигатор.

Pros: Много хубав апартамент, отговаря на снимките. Кухнята е оборудвана с всичко необходимо. Добра локация. Препоръчвам!

Перфектно място за бизнес и отдих

Pros: Уютно, чисто и комфортно място на чудесна локация.

Cons: Всичко ми хареса

Tudom ajánlani másnak is.

Pros: Szuper felszereltség. A szállás közel van a központhoz.

Cons: A szomszédban kutya, de többnyire csendes.
