Comfortable and peaceful stay
Pros: This studio is absolutely lovely. Since the very beginning I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the host. Once you get inside the property- you can instantly notice the amount of effort and attention to detail that has been put. The place itself is very clean, very equipped with anything you could possibly need, the bathroom and kitchen especially. I liked the bed, the pillows and the duvet. Maybe I could only make a small suggestion for a top mattress- the relief of the mattress is a little uncomfortable at times, but overall nothing dramatic. There is a lot of space for resting, cooking, hanging out. There was a small inconvenience with the noise that the host took care of immediately. Stan is a very friendly and caring host. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely stunning apartment, perfect location, flawless in every detail. Loved every second of it!
Pros: It's an amazing apartment, greatly located, positioned in a fabulous building. Internal design and forniture are stunning!
Cons: Every detail was so well taken care of, I honestly couldn’t find a single thing I didn’t love.

Pros: The apartment has everything you ll need and even more. It is very clean and new. The location is good and hot water 24/7. Gives you the feel that u are home. The building is new and safe. There is no particular view but this is not what we were looking for on a trip stay. 100% we will revisit. Bonus point the excellent communication with the owner.

Pros: Amazing place to stay. Great kitchen, bed and bathroom, with lots of space to relax. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Stan was a great host, easy to communicate with and was helpful during check-in/out. Added bonus is there is a washing machine!

Amazing!
Pros: Amazing apartment! Everything you need. Kitchen with all equipment (oven, microwave, coffee machine, water heater, washing machine, dishwasher…). Very comfortable bed and sofa with TV. Bathroom is very modern with nice shower. Lighting in the suite makes everything even better. It also has writing dask for anyone who’s is Sofia for work. Little table in the terrace. Most amazing is communication with owners. Before arrival you get instructions to enter property, it’s also very safe. Owner Stan was willing to help us with everything we needed (advice, service…) from start to end. He also helped us with our suitcases before we left. Also good location, near metro. One of the best experiences on booking, especially the owner.

Pros: Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig und trotzdem in der Nähe aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten/Annehmlichkeiten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Alojamiento increible
Pros: La ubicacion es genial. Desde el aeropuerto, con el metro, en 30 minutos estas en el estadio Vasil Levski, y andando entre 7 y 10 min estas en el apartamento. Y desde allí tan solo andando se llega en nada a zona centro. El apartamento en sí es una maravilla. Climatizado a temperatura calentita (Noviembre) y regulable. Tiene cualquier cosa que se pueda necesitar, tostadora, horno, hervidor de agua, utiles de limpieza, etc.. Además Stan, nuestro anfitrión, nos dejó fruta y snacks para cuando llegásemos. Baño amplio, cama muy cómoda (mantas y recambios de sabanas, todo impoluto), y bastante espacio. Y muy importante, todo muy muy limpio. WiFi gratuito y variedad de libros y entretenimiento. Stan estuvo siempre en contacto con nosotros, muy amable y siempre ayudándonos! Si tuviésemos que volver a hospedarnos en Sofía sería aquí.
Cons: Nada, todo fue perfecto.

A convenient and comfortable place to stay.
Pros: Very good location for us. Close to all public transportation. Convenient parking across the street. Good and quick communication with the host. Kitchen was well equipped.
Cons: In the kitchen was only a tall table with bar stools. Our preference would be for a normal table with regular chairs.
