Almost perfect
Pros: The checkin was easy, there’s free parking right at the back of the building. The apartment is spacious enough, you have what you need in the kitchen, and it has also a nice view at Vitosha mountain. The host was very kind and helpful, also letting us stay over the check out time.
Cons: Since we went in December-January, it was very cold outside. The heating in the apartment is done via AC, and altough it does its job properly, it’s still not the best option in a city like Sofia. There is floor heating in the bathroom, so i don’t quite understand why couldn’t it be done for the whole apartment. If we would’ve gone in the summer there, this apartment would’ve been a 10/10 definately. A piece of advice for the host : maybe write some instructions down for the AC, since not everyone is acquainted with this type of heating.

Pros: Great neighbourhood, serene and the apartments are near the tram station making it just 7-10 minutes to get downtown Sofia from the apartments, it's 3 minutes away from a 24/7 supermarket and 5 minutes away from a mall.. Has its own parking lot, the stuff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, with a design very close to our liking, with minimal and modern decoration, giving very cozy vibes. I would totally recommend it.

Everything was great!
Pros: The hotel is close to supermarkets, train and bus stations. We had complete kitchen, nice and comfortable bathroom and cosy apartments. And we have nice view) Additionally administrators was very polite and nice :)

Best Apartment Stay in Sofia!
Pros: This is by far the best apartment I’ve stayed in while visiting Sofia. The quality and standards are exceptionally high — everything from the furniture to the finishes felt premium. Housekeeping was outstanding — everything was spotless, fresh, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and kind. A special thanks to the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had a late-night flight and asked to pay for a late checkout. To our surprise, they allowed us to check out at 7:30 PM and didn’t even charge us! That level of customer care is truly rare and deeply appreciated. The location is also fantastic — convenient, safe, and close to everything we needed. Overall, a perfect experience. Highly recommended!

Pros: Great value for money - well equipped and clean appartment. Location outside the town centre was convenient for our purposes but might be less appreciated by those who need to be close to down town. No experience with breakfast but quite good restaurant at the same building.
Cons: The reception opening hours are rather limited, specific arrangements are needed for late arrivals or early check out.
