Pros: We had a great experience staying here! The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had originally booked another place that turned out to be a scam, so we had to find something quickly—and we're so glad we found this one. It was a smooth process, and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

We had quite a nice time there, except for a flooding crisis.
Pros: The apartment was quite spacious and located very centrally as the name suggests. Moreover all kind of appliances were available, along with some cooking condiments too.
Cons: The bathing space is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, resulting in the possibility of major flooding if you are not extremely careful during bathing. Also the bed was too soft for me.

Pros: Appartamento funzionale e posizionato in ottima posizione . Pulito e confortevole , letto comodissimo , ottimo il frigo bar all arrivo , check in e check out comodo e veloce da valutare per il prossimo viaggio a Sofia
Cons: Bagno un po' scomodo senza box o tenda ,mancava un cavatappi e una pentola per la pasta un po' più grande giusto per segnalarlo ma nulla di problematico .

Pros: The location of this place was amazing, it was very comfortable with a kitchen that was exceptionally well equipped. The best thing about it, though, was the hosts. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating. It was easy to communicate with them and they responded to some requests we had that they didn't have to, but they went out of the way to do so. The apartment is on the ground level which kept it cool and pleasant during some hot days. Also, very easy access to the place because it's on the same level as the street.
Cons: As some people mentioned, the bathroom was a bit problematic. Not so much the fact that the floor gets wet when you shower, but the potential for flooding. That happened once, weirdly after a particularly short shower that time. We were extra careful to watch the water level after that. The same thing that kept the place cool also was the reason it was on the dark side, especially the living room which does not have a window of its own.

Bueno, pero no para repetir
Pros: La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena pues te puede mover fácilmente al centro. La cama es grande aunque muy blanda, lo que quizá a alguien le moleste. El lugar es tranquilo y sin ruidos exteriores. Los espacios de salón, cocina y habitación son estupendos para una pareja y un bebé.
Cons: El baño es extremadamente pequeño e incómodo. La ducha está casi encima del retrete y por consecuencia se moja mucho todo. Hay olor a humedad al entrar al apartamento (por el baño), pero afortunadamente no afecta la habitación. La limpieza es deficiente. Y el último día nos salió una cucaracha entre la cocina y el baño. La comunicación fue un poco confusa, nada personal, y poco cálida. Sin embargo al final resolvieron las dudas que tenía con el mensaje genérico que mandaron.

Très confortable et chaleureux
Pros: L’appartement est super, je recommande fortement ! Le rapport qualité/prix est parfait ! L’appartement a beaucoup d’équipement, ce qui est pratique. L’hôte est gentil, toute les instructions sont bien données, il nous a donné de bons conseils, je recommande ! Au niveau de la localisation c’était très bien également. Merci !
