Lozenetz Gem Cozy 1-Bedroom Apartment in Sofia by Flat Mаnager

Stylish and convenient

Pros: Clean and stylish flat, great location in Lozenets. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was the low ceiling in the bedroom, but it’s not a big issue, just need to be careful when walking in

Just three words: Outstanding! Impeccable! Delightful!

Pros: I really liked the customer support and customer service inside the apartment. And the terrace - it is the amazing spot for a morning coffee.

Cons: The only issue was with the weather, but that is in no way dependent on the apartment owner and not the problem for the apartment itself :)

Great apartment, great value, average host company

Pros: Awesome apartment, great terrace,great design and equipment, great bathroom and small cozy sleeping room, great kitchen, quiet, on the 4th floor with no lift, easy check in few items are weird in the sense of not matching the whole awesomeness of the flat (yet not a deal breaker (awful cheap pillows with branding of the flat manager company, can’t hang a long coat next to the door, no way to use the wardrobe fully - due to lack of door knobs can’t open drawers, for months one of the table legs has a paper cup to not scratch the floor,…)

Cons: The communication and the attitude of the flat management company was initially great and then deteriorated dynamically on my second visit - they eventually didn’t bother replying, made up stuff that was not true, were fake-polite while doing the very minimum and disregarding request of privacy

Nice and quiet area - top place

Pros: Everything was properly made, a nice bathroom, a comfy bed. I liked the combination of the colors. Wide living room and kitchen. It's very nice and very cozy. I liked the area - quiet and with all the trees around you have better privacy on terrace.Top place, nice and quiet with easy access. Close to the metro station, a couple of stops away from NDK and Cathedral Alexander Nevsky - my favorite places in the city center.

Pros: Квартира, просто отличная, современная все есть для удобного проживания

Cons: Отсутствие лифта, так как квартира находится на последнем этаже, было тяжеловато подниматься

Pros: Charming, fully equipped apartment. Loved the cozy bedroom, the floor heating in the bathroom, the balcony, confortable couch, the overall atmosphere.

Cons: It took almost an hour of back and forth communicating to get the heating to work – which did work fine in the end. Also would have preferred a warmer duvet or an extra blanket to stay warm at night.

Pros: I like everything in the apartment. Any time I need a place to stay in Sofia, first I search for this one and I enjoy my stay there every time

Cons: Improve your physical condition by taking stairs up and down. In case of a medical issue this could be a problem but not at all

Pros: El lugar muy cómodo y el host súper atento. Me quedaría mil veces más

Pros: Супер апартамент, чист, удобен, голям, добра локация.

Cons: Не успях да разгадая пустия термостат. Добре, че имаше климатик. Сложете някаква книжка с обяснение за термостата, не разбрах логиката му и ту работеше и ставаше жега, ту беше студено.
