Excellent stay in Bansko

Pros: Excellent hosts, in a comfortable room, with an amazing variety for breakfast each day. Would come back.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel which served great service and good food 👌

Pros: The room was big and clean. They also served the best breakfast. The hosts are very accommodating. A 20-min walk to the gondola but not an issue because we enjoyed walking and I believe they also offer free shuttle upon request depending on availability.

Pros: I stayed at Chicho Tsane twice, with a group of tourists, and we had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent—not right in the crowded tourist center, which made it even better while still providing easy access to the slopes. The breakfast was varied, and the staff was friendly, which added to our overall experience. The sauna and the jacuzzi was included to our stay, after full days of ski, was great. A very good choice for a ski vacation in Bansko, especially for groups!

Pros: I cannot possibly stop raving about how great of a stay it was here! There were great facilities (sauna, hot tub, steam bath) which were all turned on upon request. The breakfast provided was also delicious, and was of a greater variety than expected. Our host, Lubo, was absolutely amazing. He offered us a lot of advice and help, and really made sure we were taken care of! The room was cleaned daily (to be fair, we only stayed two days) but there was nothing left to be desired. There was hot water, the view from the room was beautiful, and overall it was a great stay. I’d definitely return to this guest house if I were to go back to Bansko again! (It’s also approx ~16 minutes walking to the gondolas, and a 4-min drive, both of which are convenient and manageable.)

Pros: The property was clean and tidy. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were just super after whole day skiing, they are not new, but clean. The owners are friendly and you can tell that they value its customers.

Cons: There was a leakage in a shower head. However, we did tell this to the owners, and this was quickly changed.

Ski stay Jan 24

Pros: Staff were very helpful and approachable. Nothing was too much to ask for. Location is away from the hussle of the bar areas but only a short walk to the gondola and bars. With the old town only a short walk in the other direction. Rooms were great size and comfortable, cleaned daily. Buffet breakfast with a good range of different options and their pastries were amazing. Hot tub, sauna and stream room were great and available to use when you wanted. Ski storage if needed. Local shop within a 100m.

Cons: Nothing. Would stay here again.
