Guest House Ivan

Perfect!

Pros: Our stay was absolutely perfect. The guest house is about 15 minutes walk to the ski area and restaurants/bars which meant the area was quieter which suited us great. The room was spacious and very clean with all the facilities we needed like a mini fridge and kettle. The bed was also so comfy and we had a small balcony. Mariya and Ivan were so accommodating and always available to help, even offering to drive us to the next town when we missed our shuttle and couldnt get a taxi quick enough! The stay was perfect, and such good value for money- I would reccomend 100%.

Pros: Guest house Ivan is nicely decorated, spacious, with very nice host. Rooms are comfortable, very clean and cosy. Walking distance from center of Bansko. We stayed only one night out of ski or summer season, but we can warmly recommend this place and hope to return one day!

Cons: We liked everything

Pros: The guest house location was excellent, within walking distance of the ski resort, making it very convenient. Our two-story room was very comfortable, and having extra space downstairs was a great advantage. The cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms were top-notch, with everything well-maintained and spotless. Another big plus was the in-room kitchen, which made it very practical to prepare our own meals. The hotel’s warm atmosphere made us feel very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally attentive and welcoming, always ready to assist. Additionally, the heating system was excellent, keeping the entire space very warm, which was perfect for the cold weather. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Perfect stay

Pros: The room was big and very nicely decorated. It was warm inside and they had floor heating in the bathroom. The service was excellent, Maria helped us with our requests and questions. The location is in a quiet area but close to the center by walk. Would 100% recommend for your stay in Bansko.

Cons: Everything was perfect!

Pros: Bansko is not a huge city, but is still quite large. The guesthouse is located very well - far enough from the busy center to be quiet, but still easily accessible by foot. The road into the mountains and the road out of Bansko are both quickly acessible, wich is a good thing if you want to explore the surroundings.

Cons: I didn't notice anything that didn't correspond to my expectations of a quiet place to sleep and to rest before and after mountain escapades.

Pros: It's a fantastic place and the stay was amazing! It's a great house with very friendly host. Thank you!

Pros: very nice place!!! it is a beautiful house. the room it is almost a luxury. at least for us. nice garden. owner very nice, she gave us good tips. it is in the center of the city. i recomended 100%

Cons: in the morning there was no light, but there were some works in the streets and was a problem for all the neighborhood

Pros: The personell was lovely and helpful, the garden was beautiful and the room was nice and had a lot of space. We will definitely be back here next time we visit Bansko!
