Perfect location, hosts, facilities!
Pros: The place itself, the cleanliness inside the property, the pool and the meadow. All facilities are exceptional, free parking available at site. The place is peaceful, with possibility for a relaxing adventure.
Cons: No food available nearby- the closest eating place is at 2-3 kms distance.

Pros: The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff reserves sunbeds for you by the pool as guests of the hotel. The complex is also spacious with a wooded area with some attractions for kids and tables for you to sit in the shade
Cons: We rented a villa with a kitchen and it wasn't that well equipped we had to buy a lot of basic essentials. It is also somewhat of an inconvenience that there is not a restaurant at the hotel or at a walking distance from it. You can order delivery from a good place to the hotel and can get a discount on prices as a guest

Esterra Vini Guest House is een sfeervol familiewijndomein, prachtig gelegen tussen de wijnranken.
Pros: Esterra Vini Guest House is een familiewijndomein, en ik was positief verrast door deze unieke plek, prachtig gelegen tussen de wijnranken. Het zwembad is heerlijk en vanaf het balkon heb je een geweldig uitzicht over de wijngaarden met de bergen op de achtergrond. De omgeving is rustig en groen, ideaal om echt tot rust te komen. De badkamer was ruim en comfortabel. In de buurt zijn verschillende wijnhuizen waar je wijn kunt proeven, wat mijn verblijf extra bijzonder maakte. Absoluut een aanrader!
Cons: De kamer is een beetje gehorig

Nice and quiet place to relax
Pros: Quiet, cleannplace a bit outside of the Yoakim Gruevo village with an outdoor swimming pool and great view. Nice rooms. Overall, it is a very good experience so we will come back.
Cons: The bar on the pool doesn't serve any food, so you have two options - order it from Basso (local restaurant) or get to Plovdiv, just 30 min ride as we did. The swimming pool doesn't have a lifeguard, and after 6m30 p.m. people who are jot guests cause a lot of disturbance to everyone, by playing loud chalga and having fun. So, it would be nice if there was a manager on the side or anyone who could ask them to mind the music. The 3 ladies that we met have overbooked somehow the rooms, so they needed us to change our room after the first night. However, there is no reception desk, so if you need anything, you better try to find one of the 3 ladies who works there. The rooms don't offer a fridge, it was a bit surprising.

Pros: Останахме изключително приятно изненадани от целия комплекс. Бяхме наели цяла къща за гости, прекарахме голяма част от времето на терасата. Имаше всичко, от което имахме нужда. Леглата са доволни, има 2 бани за трите стаи. Това беше повече от достатъчно за нас. Най-прекрасно е пространството около къщите - басейна, зелените площи за игра за деца, местата за разтуха. С огромно удоволствие ще го посетим в най-скоро време отново.

Pros: Много красиво, зелено и подредено място! Всичко е направено с много вкус и любов. Страхотно тихо място, където с удоволствие бих си изкарала отпуската. Стаята ни беше чиста, просторна и миришеше хубаво!
Cons: Няма нещо, което да не ми харесва. Мога да дам само препоръка, да се сложат малки хладилници по стаите.

Хубаво място за почивка
Pros: Много чисто с удобни легла и прекрасен залез на югозападната тераса. Паркингът е достатъчно голям.
Cons: Няма възможност за закуска или даже кафе, а най-близката локация е Перущица на около 10 минути с кола. Банята беше изключително студена - през нощта температурата навън е около 3-5 градуса, а единствената вентилация на помещението е прозорец. Лирата не работеше.

Pros: Все было супер, арендовали виллу с тремя спальнями, понравился размер спален,достаточно большие плюс большие балконы.В каждой спальне есть кондиционер и телевизор. Кровати удобные,на первом и втором этаже отдельный сан.узел. Удобная терасса ,с принадлежностями для барбекю
Cons: На телевизорах отсутствует доступ к интернету,Ютуб не работает... На сайте было указано ,что вилла с тремя спальнями и собственным бассейном,но по факту это номера в вилле со своим входом и терассой.но нас это не сильно расстроило.
