A good ski hotel.

Pros: Ski room, reception, pool with jakuzi and sauna. Best off all is free service to gondola.

Cons: Not much breakfast options for muslim people. Furnitures are old.

We did enjoy our stay over in The in bansko in this hotel. Breakfast was inclusive

Pros: The staff were really friendly Our expectations were met. They helped us With any enquiry we had and how just with any issues that raised Yeah

Cons: The The shower was not draining properly, and that’s the only issue we really hard although the staff tried to solve this issue but they were not successful. I think it was some sort of problem with the plumbing.

Pros: Very friendly staff, good value for money at the bar and the restaurant. You can’t rent skis directly at the hotel and there is a shuttle driving you to and from the gondola which was amazing. We never had to wait more than 5 min for the shuttle! The spa area was also nice

Cons: You can’t throw toilet paper in the toilets because the drains could not take it. The jacuzzi seemed a bit old. We were given dirty glasses one day at the restaurant. But it was a one-off

Great good value ski hotel

Pros: Good size room so could separate the single beds Nice to have pool and sauna Good breakfast - although hot food was only warm Cotton robe and slippers provided Good ski storage and transport to gondola

Cons: Kitchenette was missing stuff although we didn't eat in Moved bed and not clean underneath Had robe stolen at Dobrinishte spa and got charged 100BGN for it

Pros: I rate this hotel very well. reception was professional. The whole stay was great. The apartment is really great with a view of the mountains. There is a lot of entertainment in the city. However, it was also fun at the hotel. I liked the reception work the most. Everywhere helped with everything. The biggest compliments to the bar staff. Extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for your wonderful work. I hope to see you next time.
