Pros: Very comfortable bed, perfect location at the heart of the city and cozy design. The host came immediately to fix the toilet when I called. Recommended for a short stay!

Cons: There could be a few hangers in the wardrobe.

Pros: I had an amazing stay. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of everything, yet on a quiet street so you still get a great night’s sleep. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised: sparkling clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. I’d happily book here again and recommend it to anyone

Pros: There was a mistake in calendar and my room wasn't available, but the manager resolved it promptly and gave a discount on new room.

The room was nice but not the staff.

Pros: The room was really nice, just like the pictures. The shower was amazing and the apartment is in the center which was also really nice.

Cons: The jacuzzi was not useable, it was yellowish and the room’s door had a problem when closing. The staff were a little rude and kept asking when we are leaving.

Pros: The apartment was cozy and very close to the centre. Also it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the heating was excellent.

Cons: There was no check-in desk. We weren’t informed how to check in, so there was some confusion until the owner arrived

Pros: Staff was great! I didnt like that in Bulgary a lot of people still smoke inside hotels, Restorans, bars!! They ignore rules that hotel room is non smoking!!! The smell of cigarettes i felt even in my room! And it’s not only in this place! I took another hotel and this apartment also is non smoking, but smells really bad- old smokes smell😩!!!

Cons: Bottom of jacuzzi inside was yellow, because of water! Water was not so hot, couldn’t not even to fill the bath!!! I will say- when I went to shower- water was lukewarm!! That’s why I even didn’t try jacuzzi!! The location is perfect for young people, whose go there relax, partying, they don’t mind that music or people on street fighting under room is listening in room !!! Hotel is In heart of Center! But strip club under the hotel room was disturbing!!!
