It was my second time and i will definitely come back next years.

Pros: Location, clean, its warm in the rooms, it’s exactly what im looking for in Bansko.

Cons: Of course there are some small thing to improve but for the money i think its the best place to stay.

Pros: Extremely clean rooms, with good heating. Shuttle to Gondola driver extremely kind and pleasant, because of him we will be very happy to return to this hotel

Cons: Dinner could be better. Adjust the vaporizers to keep the food warm.

Pros: Good location,50 metres from the main road in the old town and a 10 minute walk to the centre. Staff were all helpful and the swimming pool and sauna were great. Free shuttle bus service is a real plus

Cons: The rooms are looking tired but that's quite normal in Bulgaria. The gym was non existent and the equipment in there was dangerous.They would be better off just saying no gym The food although generally good was cold on the evening meal. Someone had pointed this out as the next evening the food warmer had been turned up

Great value for money

Pros: The staff was very helpful and the location is awesome. It is a good value for money. The food is delicious, the spa is good as well, the pool is warm, our room was spacious. We are happy with our stay.

Cons: Not big variety of food and only water was included with the dinner. The jacuzzi was not working during our stay.

Great value for money!

Pros: Very comfortable, great location, kind and communicative stuff. The spa was fully functional, we really got to enjoy the steam room and the sauna, perfect after a long day of skiing.

Cons: The breakfast didn’t have many options

Pros: The food especially dinner was exceptional The shuttle bus respect hours Room clean and comfortable Hot stand for ski boots

Cons: Do not have bench in ski room to change boots Do not have support for showergel in the shower A little smell near non functional jacuzzi in the swiming pool room.

Pros: I got a standard double on a last minute bargain as I usually stay in much cheaper places. Fantastic value for money for me. I enjoyed having a 16m pool to have a good swim and the sauna was very welcome.
