Velinov Boutique Hotel with Free Shuttle

I really enjoyed my stay, staff were very nice and the place was very cozy.

Pros: The location was close to the city centre and the gondola even by walk (15-20 minutes). The free shuttle service running until 10am was great.

Cons: There were not a lot of vegan/vegetarian food options for breakfast.

A nice and friendly stay in Bansko

Pros: I enjoyed the the big bed and plenty of closet space as well as the free daily shuttle to the gondola and back. The small fridge was also a nice addition that helped to store food bought from the markets. A big thank you to the friendly and helpful staff ☺️ They prepared my room and left the key for me even though with my late arrival the reception was already closed 🙏 Definitely a value for your money and a high recommendation 👍 I would most certainly visit Velinov Boutique Hotel again 😊

Cons: The cleaning / making up the room was done superficially, only emptying of trash and adding of toilet paper. A change of towels and making up the bed would have been nice 🤔

Pros: 10 out 10 for this lovely hotel. Location is perfect. Walking distance to town centre. And main Gondola. They still provide free shuttle service. We explore town centre nearby. Hotel has buffet breakfast. French toast was my favouritr.lovely attentive staff. Big and clean room. Shower nice and hot. Rooms were nice and hot. Everthing perfect. Thank you all staff especially. Dafne . Violetta. Anytime we need something they provided. And cozy lounge thay we had breakfast and fire place. Just little wonderland.

Cozy

Pros: The hotel and the room was super clean and cozy! The staff was super friendly! The room was very cozy and the bed was super comfy! There was also an espresso machine with capsules which was unexpected but super pleasant !! The breakfast had big variety to choose from and everything was well cooked and very tasty! The location of the hotel is just perfect. They provide free parking space which meant there was no need to move the car around because everything was in a walking distance! We highly recommend it if you are looking for a clean , well maintained and super comfortable hotel!! We are very pleased with our choice and we will definitely book again once we get back to Bansko! Thank you very much for the pleasant stay!

Cool place, modern with a big sunny terrace

Pros: Great place to stay near the city center with a private parking spot. There's a nice terrace well exposed. During high season, I believe the sauna is also functional (which is not during low season). The rooms are modern and clean.

Cons: The mattress was very soft (depends on your preference of course) and the breakfast, although filled with a lot of options, wasn't tasty. The walls are thin and therefore the rooms are not well soundproof.

Pros: Cozy and nice hotel! Comfortable room, great breakfast, very friendly and polite staff, we felt like being at home! City center is on couple minutes walk. Beautiful terrace was available right outside our room.

Cons: Everything was perfect!

Home away from home

Pros: What a lovely and cozy hotel in the central location of the town. Loved the view from my room. The breakfast was great, but the most amazing was the staff - Violeta and Dafi. Felt like living in the family.
