Hotel Alpin - 91 Bansko

Pros: Ivan was a great host. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the gondola. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend Hotel Alpin.

A great family trip making memories that we will definitely do again

Pros: We did not have breakfast as we planned to go out first thing to the slopes. The owner was always around helping us with our equipment and giving us advice, nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept me informed with messages and even reminded me of things I had forgotten, including airport transfers. A great host and we would have not hesitancy in returning

Cons: Nothing really! it was all good and happy with everything

Pros: The staff is very nice. The owner doesn't speak english but we managed to communicate through google translate and with the help of his son. The location is at 15 min walk to gondola, passing the beautiful scenery of the old downtown

Cons: Unfortunately the house is not soundproof and you can hear everything that happens around your room. You need good luck to have quiet neighbours :)

Super welcoming host in Bansko

Pros: Super friendly and welcoming owner. Every morning he asked me if I wanted some tea or sweets. Very good approach to the guests. The location is also nice. In the silent street but very close to the town center. The room itself was okay. There was everything that was needed for such a stay. It was a bit chilly in the morning but I think it can be a seasonal issue. I stayed during the low season.

Pros: The Ukrainian gentleman looking after the place was really welcoming. The place is close to centre and 15min walk to gondola

Cons: Noone could speak English and responded to my messages via booking or WhatsApp.There is no reception desk.

Great place

Pros: Staff were nice, organised a transport for us to get to Sofia airport at 4 in the morning. Also quite quiet considering it was peak season. Room was clean, would stay again.

Pros: Transfer from the air port was organized fro reasonable price and on time. Perfect place if you are looking for budget ski holidays. Hotel is very close to the lift. The personal is very friendly, Ivan was very helpful responding on all our questions/calls. Definitely recommend this Hotel.

Maravilloso

Pros: Tranquilidad, acogedor y ubicación excelente. El dueño súper amable, nos dejaron quedarnos hasta después del check-in porque cogíamos el bus más tarde. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Cons: Los almohadones no eran de nuestro agrado, pero no tiene mucha importancia. La comunicación es un tanto dificultosa. Con el dueño es mediante traductor porque no habla inglés, pero puedes llamar o hablar por mensaje con el hijo que sí que lo habla.

Чист и поддържан семеен хотел в центъра на стария град.

Pros: Местоположението е супер - точно в сърцето на стария град. Въпреки, че е в центъра, наоколо има къде да се паркира. Всичко необходимо беше налично в стаята. Чисто и спретнато старо, но поддържано хотелче.

Cons: Нищо не беше под очакванията ми.
