Bansko Royal Towers Hotel

Very satisfied.

Pros: Very good room, clean, quiet, big and cozy. It was renovated, as I have been there before and I can make the comparison. The water was hot and the carpets, the bathroom, the kitchen was very clean.

Cons: Unfortunately, there was no pan, no toaster and no coffee machine. I think those were the only things missing.

Nice option for the ski trip and convenience for families

Pros: The flat was spacious, clean and very close to the ski gondola. The bedroom bed was comfortable and the kids had a good sleep on the sofa.

Cons: I would like to have some dishwasher soap and sponge, and a mop for a bathroom.

Large apartment close to gondola.

Pros: It is very, very close to the gondola (I was there for skiing. The apartment is huge, plenty of space, you may have a large family and still everyone will fit inside. I could park my car inside the apartment complex, no extra payment.

Cons: The walls are rather thin, you can hear all the noisy neighbours from upstairs. But after a day of skiing I felt asleep pretty quickly :). The main thing that can be an issue is the rooms have electric heaters, it is warm and pleasant but I couldn't dry my ski clothes and accessories: boots, gloves etc.

Good location and price

Pros: Location is excellent! 2 minutes from Gondola lift. The price is reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: Cleaning is once per week. No dishwasher and no clothes washer facility. Unfortunately, the pool is out of order and there’s no gym anymore.

Great value for money and amazing location

Pros: The accommodation is right in front of the ski lift so we could easily get to the ski slopes. The room was more than spacious for two people. It had all of the needed facilities for a few day's stay, and it definitely met our expectations. Our room also had a big balcony and many space to dry the ski equipment.

Cons: Although the kitchen was clean, it didn't have some amenities, such as a kettle , bigger mugs and dish soap, which would be nice to have on a vacation.

Cons: בחדרים לכ כל הדברים עובדים, חסר כמה דברים, הwifi של המון מתנתק וחלש, נקיון סביר .

Pros: Перфектна локация, широки стаи, просторно и светло, добра цена за мястото и сравнително чисто.

Cons: Комплексът сякаш е на доизживяване - тук някоя вратичка скърца, на друго място увиснало шкафче, вратата на гардероб не се затваря, етц. В единия апартамент нямаше отопление и трябваше да молим на рецепция да го оправят.
