Nice, good location.

Pros: I read some reviews before travelling that made me a little nervous about the hotel. It seems the complaints I read didn't apply to our stay which was pleasant and I think, value for money.

The hotel is good, nothing luxury, but for this price- certainly worth it

Pros: Location- exellent Spa- really good, but massage is not good Food - good surprise... good choice and lovely taste

Cons: I could not figure out why receptionist could not help with information about how to get to the ski and where to find the car and what are the options. Everyone was not helpfull and we had to struggle for a few days before I mylsef figure out 3 options and noon could explain it easily. I believe the job of the hotel is to make sure the customers are informed of the best That was not the case- as a result lose of money .. sadly.

Comfort, clean, spacious appartment

Pros: Location, spa, fresh food We had a two bedroom apartment with shower bathrooms. Very spacious and noise isolated. Cleaning and towels change daily was appreciated.

Cons: The pool is overworked and the water was too cold for my taste.

Pros: Very clean and spacious room. (We did have hot water as I saw that complaint previously) Multiple different types of saunas + jacuzzi + nice list of possible massages. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Location is FANTASTIC

Cons: Only down side was that our hallway was undergoing renovation in some nearby rooms so there was a plastic sheet covering the carpet in the hallway. However, at no point was there any noise or smells that bothered us from the construction. Also, no available storage for ski equipment however this didn’t affect us as we rented and stored our skis from a location 1 minute away by walk.

Pros: Great service. We had an issue with the reservation. The manager immediately showed up at the reception and kindly helped resolve. The room was warm and cozy. The hotel is walking distance from the ski lift.

Pros: The property is very well located, close to the ski lift, which is a huge advantage. The restaurant staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the food is delicious and well presented. The SPA area is excellent and definitely worth highlighting the outdoor jacuzzi and the massages are highly recommended. The rooms are of a high standard, clean, and very comfortable. Check-in was very smooth and efficient, and the reception staff were welcoming and always smiling. I would definitely recommend this place and will certainly come back again.
