close to the Gondola

Pros: it's very close to the gondola, and various pubs and restaurants

Cons: It's a 20-minute walk from the old city, and a bit more to the train station (not that important to us) We took a Taxi from Booking

Good option for skiers

Pros: Great location near the gondola. Breakfast and dinner are very good, especially Bulgarian traditional dishes for dinner. Loby is very cool, basically whole area between builidngs is closed with glass roof. Room was exteemely spacios (we had one berdroom apartmant) and both rooms were bigger than average hotel room. It even has a kichen, but the stove is disconnected (no coocking allowed). Stuff is super friendly, a man working there offered to drive us up to ski lifts (gondola queue is ridiculous). He even organized help when my car battery died on morning of our trip home.

Cons: Pool is a bit small and gets crowded. Breakfast starts at 7:30 which is already too late to get to reasonable queue for gondola in ski season (after breakfast it is already 3h wait, or 2h wait for taxi/bus). Some furnature could be updated, but is ok generally. Tip: if you have car you can get to lifts before 7:40 when police closes the road. They reopen it around noon, so that is another option.

If you can overlook staying in a room that needs a lick of paint and a new carpet then you’ll have a pleasant stay

Pros: Location was good, spa was great, food was varied each day and staff were pleasant and helpful

Cons: The rooms were looking a bit tired and in need of a refurb

Great hotel

Pros: Staff were very helpful Location was good Facilities were good Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice

Cons: The third bed which was a pull out bed was a bit small and uncomfortable for an adult. We managed but it wasnt great when you are expecting 3 single beds and someone ends up with this one

The room was really hot.

Pros: Liked the breakfast. Maybe easier though if waiters or waitresses went and got tea or coffee for you at the table. I like this small luxury in hotels. The machine dispensing drinks always had a queue

Cons: All ok.

We will continue to book this hotel for our skiing holidays.

Pros: We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now which says it all. Position and food great.

Great hotel, I would stay here again

Pros: Great room, half board had nice breakfast and dinner with a varied selection. There were always 2 cooked vegetarian meals plus pasta with 2 sauces.

Cons: Parking is available but it is subject to availability so you can get unlucky and then it will be a pain on arrival

Pros: Everything was great, there are flaws, but nothing bad

Pros: Everything was good. Close to ski and close to all stores and main street.

Pros: The room very clean and the staff were very nice. The cleaning lady (Margarita) who took care of our room makes us want to stay there again (very nice, always made us a little surprise with arranging the towels - the kids loved it). New clean towels every single day. We had an apartment (2 rooms, for us and out two kids) - spacious, there wasn't noise during the night (as I read before on reviews, that the apartments have the kids room window connected to the big reception middle space and it's noisy - it wasn't, we all slept very good). The breakfast is good and they have a minibus to take you from the hotel to the ski gondola and back. You can walk also, it's very close.

Cons: The furniture is a little old.
