In general recommended, would visit again

Pros: The Spa zone is good but the internal pool is not big enough to accept all the guests. Especially- not enough sun beds. If you go a bit late there is not a single spot even to put the towels. Otherwise very clean, polite staff.

Cons: The bathroom needs renovation. The restaurant staff can be a bit mote responsive. There is a child zone but no body understand (until you investigate) how it works- if there is a personal who will be looking after the kids or the parents need to go in etc. no body took a note of kid’s name, which table it is or anything(talking about 3 years old).

Pros: New cozy hotel. Very friendly staff. I liked the SPA. Everything is clean, cozy. Beautiful place. The breakfast was very tasty. I recommend this hotel.

Pros: Very nice hotel, excellent spa facilities with mineral pools. The staff were very polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and prepared very quickly.

Cons: The lighting in the bathroom was very poor.

Beautiful spa hotel

Pros: Beautiful hotel, great spa, very comfortable, delicious breakfast, calm atmosphere, attentive staff. Dinner is also delicious, but a bit pricey in Bulgarian terms.

Cons: Feels like in the middle of nowhere

A great place for families

Pros: Very clean, polite service , delicious food in the restaurant, never too crowded, and an excellent spa treatment, especially the anti age procedure that Ivana Dimitrova makes!

Dog-friendly houses with lots of space and great outdoor pools

Pros: We enjoy the place since you can book a little house and bring a small dog. These are also great for kids. We enjoyed the spa area, outdoors pools mainly, as well as the food in the restaurant. Very spacious.

Cons: The kids corner has been expanded from before but it still does not seem to catch the attention of kids as they did not stay in it, any of the evenings.

Great place for relaxation

Pros: The spa is always very clean a d they have different types of saunas, steam room and a few pools with different temperature. We stayed in one of the villas, which are very well equipped and with a picturesque view from the terrace that overlooks Tsari Mali town and the mountains

Cons: everything was great

Pros: The hotel is very modern, with nice design. The spa area is very nice with variety of saunas and outside mineral jacuzzis. Excellent massages. Our room was a studio, with a lot of space and light. The restaurant of the hotel serves tasty food and offers rich menu.

Cons: The breakfast was without variety. The eggs were cold. An improvement could be to be able to order egg dishes on demand. This is easy to offer and common in the hotels in Central and Western Europe. Cold eggs are left over and this is food waste. A small improvement could be that guests get a welcome drink as well as some description what can be done as activities in the area.

Pros: Everything was excellent - the spa facilities, the location, the staff, the food.

Cons: A drying rack in the rooms would be nice.

Pros: Lovely hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.Rooms are excellent very comfortable and very clean Spa Center is good and clean .

Cons: Unfortunately, I cannot praise the chef of the restaurant. The food at dinner was terrible. At first we thought that we had not ordered the right menu. So we decided to have a second round of barbecue. But we realized that the chef simply cannot cook, this is our only complaint.
