Pros: Save this hotel is a four star is well underrated. It was very nicely decorated in the room and the restaurant. The ceiling in the Roman spa was a bit outdated though.

Cons: The stuff was great. I didn’t have any complaints.

Pros: The hotel is very nice! Comfortable beds, clean wellness and spa center, pool is good temperature and excellent atmosphere! The restaurant offers delicious meals and service!

Total Relax where nothing bothers you! Perfect!

Pros: the Spa is perfect, especially the Roman spa section, the interior is very nice and elegant, nothing is too much. The smell of cleanliness everywhere in the hotel is something we appreciated a lot; the warmth of the rooms, the restaurant and the staff - all very professional and pleasant.

Cons: the step in front of the balcony leading to the large terrace is too high for old people to step on it and use it which kills the view, however it didn't bother our grandmother too much for the short stay.

Pros: The spa facilities and pool were great and it wasn't too busy so we had a nice and relaxing time.

Cons: Only a small thing they could easily improve - lights in the room were a bit too dark

Very nice, pleasant, quite and chill. It was the perfect place to take care of myself.

Pros: All of the above. The SPA was perfect, everything which I needed - Sauna, Steam Room, Roman Bath. Breakfast was very rich. The restaurant and staff were very friendly and nice. It was also very nice to swim and get some tan. The hotel is also close to the 7 Rila Lakes which I managed to visit.

Cons: Some really small things. The bathrobe was a little torn but nothing big. The other bathrobe was good.

Pros: Great pool, the kids loved the heated kids pool. There are plenty of fun stuff to do in the area with kids as well. Nice outdoor playground and the restaurant had some good food options.
