Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff, spacious rooms true to the photos, and tasty meals with daily variety. The spa was a highlight – three saunas, steam room, Turkish bath – never crowded thanks to the hotel’s size. Plenty of parking and overall a relaxing, well-run place. Highly recommend!

Pros: Everything was so good and cozy! Staff was so friendly and welcoming to us. I asked them to prepare special surprise for my husband’s birthday and they were very polite and nice to me! We had a great time together and definitely enjoyed it!

Brilliant family spa holiday!

Pros: Brilliant hotel! I booked 2 bedroom flat. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. All hotel facilities were in excellent condition. I do recommend the salt sauna! Internal pool is great for young families like us with small babies. Outside hot mineral pool is perfect for late evenings. Food in the hotel was delicious and in the private restaurant as well. Special compliments to the chefs working in there. All other stuff was also friendly, helpful and polite. Definitely we will come back next year when we go back to Bulgaria.
