Nice pool in the heart of the mountain

Pros: Great pool in the heart of the mountain, very calm and quiet. The rooms were super clean.

Cons: The staff is OK but not great, failed in making us feel welcome but not rude. Maybe annoyed and indifferent. The bed and pillows were not the best. The food was not in the high quality range, I expected more for the price and rating. Not awful, the salads were fresh, the coffee was good.

Pros: Всичко! Чудесни домакини, много вкусна храна, прекрасен хотел. Тихо е, не е на главна улица. Басейна беше супер. Има и къде да се паркира. Една идея: ще е още по-добре ако имате велосипеди за наемане. Оказа се, че в цялото село, че и в Бели Осъм няма къде да си наемеш велосипед.

Cons: Щуреца през ноща отвън който ни наду главите 😁.
