Hissar Spa Hotel

Pros: The room was beautiful with big bed and perfect view, the shower cabin may be longer but the room was excellent and the staff are very positive and energetic.

Cons: Maybe they should be repair their pools and to think for bigger SPA and more facilities in pools

Pros: Well maintained hotel, large parking lot. The hotel was fully booked yet we still could enjoy the spa facilities and pool. Great breakfast. Absolutely top notch. Coffee, fresh Mekitski, great Tarama and Honey. Very wide range of things to choose from.

Fun and great

Pros: First of all everything was very organized with a lot of facilities and we had a lot of fun for 1 day. Staff was friendly, room was clean, warm and quiet, the bowling. Dinner and breakfast had a lot of choices and were great ! Real old school vibe hotel.

Cons: The SPA was good but you had to walk a lot from one part to the Deluxe part. Bathroom had a weird smell at the beginning but it was clean.

Ok, but too expencive Deluxe double room for what you get

Pros: The staff was extremely kind, and the late check-out is great because you can use the morning to enjoy the spa and the pool.

Cons: The third bed for an adult is actually a pulled-out sofa, as you can see in the picture. For a deluxe room, this is unacceptable and very uncomfortable. Additionally, the room wasn’t cleaned very well, and you can clearly see dust on the TV cabinet (photo attached). Also, it is not mentioned on Booking that you need a swimming cap for the pool, and you have to purchase it additionally. However, when you get to the pool, people are not wearing the caps properly — their hair is sticking out everywhere, and if someone is bald, they don’t wear a cap at all. It would be good to emphasize that the rule should be the same for everyone. There is no drinking water available in the spa area, so anyone who wants to enjoy it needs to bring their own water. Also, the hallway layout is very confusing, so you have to figure out how to navigate the elevators and find your room.

Relax for mind and body in a really nice hotel.

Pros: I appreciated very much inside semi olimpic pool and thermal pools. Also location of the hotel which is near nice green (unusual for October)) and clean park. Spa center services are quite good; and, a detail, in a pesonal note, I loved outside terrace of the lobby that has little glass on each table with a natural rose.

Enjoyable stay with family

Pros: We loved the spa centre and the different services offered there. We enjoyed the relaxation massages and the cosmetic treatments with beautiful natural products. My family had therapeutic treatments. We enjoyed the mineral water internal swimming pool and the outdoor pools. The double deluxe room was very clean. We loved the toiletries and the clean fresh linen. Our room had espresso coffee machine. The breakfast was good and there were some good healthy options like muesli, honey, fruits and yoghurts. We loved the location in a lovely park and the proximity to the centre.

Cons: There are no lifts to reach the beach and one needs to go through many stairs to reach the facilities. The rooms are spacious but the furniture a bit dated.

My stay at Spa Hotel Hisar

Pros: Great location, great room size and view, very nice garden and park around the pool, friendly staff.

Cons: Only part of the rooms were renovated, but my room was not renovated yet and still with the old furniture. There was no kettle and safe box in the room. The water in the big swimming pool was not very warm.
