Fabulous stay in a beautiful historical town

Pros: We liked the the facilities-thermal bath pool, jacuzzi,sauna,steam room,gym and variety of massages.The beds were comfortable, there was a great choice of food for breakfast, including choices of coffee. The staff were polite and helpful. The herbal tea provided in the rooms was very tasty. However, there was not coffee supply in the rooms in specific.The hotel is located in about five minutes walking distance from the high street, local shops and restaurants.Also, there is a fountain with drinking mineral water which is a few minutes walk from the C Comfort hotel. Overall, we have had a great stay and we’d definitely go there again.

Cons: There was not anything we did not like. Just a suggestion for a coffee supply in the rooms.

Pros: Персоналот е многу љубезен. Спа центар е одличен. Чисто е и уредно во целиот објект. Водата во базенот беше чиста и топла цело време. Локацијата е одлична. Апартманот е доста голем со одвоена спална и дневна соба, посебно ВЦ и посебно купатило .Добивме бонус апартман со балкон наместо без. Топла препорака.

Cons: Појадокот не е лош но може да биде поразновиден.

Very relaxing stay

Pros: Nice spa, relaxed setting, very great view to the park

Cons: Room was very practical

Pros: Nice and quiet location. The staff was super friendly. We used the massage services, which was nice too. Breakfast was great. Had everything we needed. The spa facilities were good. There is a steam room, sauna, heated bench, herbal room and a large indoor mineral pool, with access to it all day long.

Pros: location was really good, close to the train station and few steps from central attractions. personnel was very nice. spa was small but had everything needed, except the clock (I've seen comments before the stay and yes, its needed there). breakfast was plenty and finished items were replenished. the conveyor toaster was my absolute favorite! the overall feeling was pretty private and discreet. pool table and bar allowed for a nice evening while it rained, also the menu was available and food delivery was supported with cutlery and plates.

Cons: the bathroom was perhaps not well planned. big bathtub with relatively small water heater does not allow for nice long bath, but also is not convenient to be used without any handles to get in and out, had to put one of the towels in to get out safely. the rack for curtain and the curtain itself could have been made with a bit higher quality products. the tap could also use some refreshment, there were two - one not working - and not working flawlessly. also this type of bed frame doesn't work great for connecting two singles into a double, causing rift to fall into and bedsheet to get wrapped up from the mattress. and why the big gap under the door?

Pros: Very clean, polite staff, big pool with hot water. Great value for money! We’ll visit again with the kids. I think it’s a great place for families with kids.

Very nice stay in Hisarya

Pros: Comfortable, spacious room. Nice indoor pool and massages/spa treatments available on request at a reasonable price. Free parking on site. Good location next to the Roman baths and inside the Roman city walls.

Cons: Basic kitchen in the room but no cooking implements provided.

Nice place - good value for money

Pros: The location is excellent- very quiet place, next to a park and to the centre of the town. The staff is friendly, the room was big and spacious, with everything needed.

Cons: All was good. The pool and the spa center are not very big, so might become a bit overcrowded, if there are more guests in the hotel. The beds were a bit squeaky.
