Hotel Mishel

Lovely family hotel!

Pros: Our hosts were very friendly and attentive. They communicated with us about our check-in time and when we arrived they helped us to park our car and get situated in our room. The room included a lovely private balcony that we used to enjoy an evening drink before bed. The room was spacious and the bedding was cozy. In the morning we were treated to a delicious homecooked breakfast of French toast with cheese and jam. We would stay again!

Great stay

Pros: We had a great stay in hotel Mishel. With our car, we were 1h away from 7 lakes hike and 20 min from Rila monastery, very convenient The room is clean, hosts are very nice and the breakfast is ok

Pros: Great hotel! Everything was clean and cozy. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming! They provided free secure parking and prepared everything we needed in advance. The price and quality will pleasantly surprise you! Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality!

Pros: Prostrana soba, dobar WiFi. Domaćini su simpatični.

Cons: Recepcija je u isto vreme i dnevna soba vlasnika. Domaćina sam zatekao u krevetu pored restoranskog dela. Topla voda u kupatilu se pojavi tek nakon nekoliko minuta.

Pros: The breakfast was very good. The owners were really nice and the room was comfy.

Cons: The owner forgot our booking so when we arrived, she still needed to partially clean the room. For us this was not a problem at all and even though she had to hurry, everything was very clean.

Pros: Excellent family run hotel, 20 min drive from Rila monastery. The place is spotless clean, the rooms are very comfortable. We had breakfast included. Hot water and ac, plenty of parking places. The owners are very nice and friendly. Everything was more than excellent.

Pros: The triple room is big and clean. - The beds are confortable. - The room has a mini fridge, very useful if you have food or beverages with you. - The room also has a small balcony. - The included breakfast is big and very good. - Good value for the money.

Cons: - The rooms of the hotel were closed with a key, although we announced the time when we will arrive. We had to firmly knock on the door several times for someone to hear us and open the door. - Nobody speaks English, so if you need something, there is no one you can talk to. - The ground floor (where the reception and the breakfast tables are) is full of messy personal belongings of the hosts/employees (clothes, medication, phones, toys, books, etc).

Pros: Very friendly hosts, clean room and great balcony to relax.

Pros: The family who runs the hotel was very kind and helpful. We really felt at home. The room was clean and also have a big balcony.

Cons: Everything was perfect, maybe the only negative thing is that the curtains don't really block the sun to get inside the room. So you will be awake early in the morning.
