Amazing place for lovely family holidays

Pros: Staff is amazing great hospitality and really polite. SPA zone and swimming pools are wonderful. Rooms are clear with modern design. Breakfast is delicious with lots of variety.

Pros: Comfortable stay, great view. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Everythings was clean. Nice staff.

Cons: We couldn't find many breakfast food options at 9:30. If breakfast lasts until 10:00, we should still be able to enjoy what people at 8:00 could have.

Pros: Very kind, helpful, and positive staff. Everything was perfect and sparkling clean - room, spa zone, shared area. Great location, great view. Wonderful place to stay when in Ognyanovo. Comfy and relaxing atmosphere

Pros: The hotel is brand new and super comfy! Beautiful and spacious studio. Very clean! The outdoor pool with warm thermal water is big. The staff was super friendly and helpful (it's rare to experience such a good service in Bulgaria). Thank you, guys, for your hospitality ❤️
