We’ll definitely visit the hotel again!

Pros: Everything was great! The rooms are spacious, the staff is so kind, the food in the restaurant- delicious, excellent chef! The inner pool is warm enough-34%!Strongly recommend!

Cons: Nothing, good value for the money!

Great place to stay and have a good rest

Pros: Everything - this is not the first time we visit this hotel, been there in the winter and I can definitely say any time is good to go there. It is clean, also if you are with small kids it has different places (garden, kids' pool, playground) but it doesn't feel too crowded (meaning even without kids, you will not be disturbed and you can have a good rest).

Cons: If the SPA is very important for you - call 1st and check if all facilities are working. In our case the inner pool was under construction and some of the saunas were not open, but I think it was just for a few days

Wonderful and comfortable hotel with a very nice spa center. Will book again.

Pros: Breakfast was wonderful. There was a good variety of things to choose from. There were eggs, cheese, sausages, deli meats, yogurt, tomatoes and cucumbers, pastries, cereals and other items. There was coffee and tea available including an urn with homemade herbal tea.

Cons: We were there over the Christmas holiday and everything was nice, but the Spa center had a sign saying it was open from 09:00 until 20:00. We attempted to go back down to the spa after an early supper and found it closed at 19:30. I am assuming this was due to the holiday, but there was no sign indicating that it would be closing early.

Pros: Everything was perfect on a warm environment and with a great spa center.

We had a nice weekend and would visit Ognyanovo again, but we will try another hotel.

Pros: The property has a very spacious parking, the rooms are big and water is mineral.

Cons: The bathroom wasn’t so clean and the spa was smaller than expected.

Great place, nice staff, the view from the hotel windows is like in fairytale.

Pros: Breakfast was good, the other meals (you can order a la card) too. The view was gorgeous. Spa area is great. I love restaurant - the part with plants.

Cons: There was too many kids without parental care. It is ok to bring kids, but it is not ok to let them to do whatever they want, especially in the pool.

Good set up quite and perfect breakfast

Pros: Good set up very quote in June and during the week super quite. Pools are fine. A bit strange to open the pool facilities from 9 and finishing for 8PM when the water is mineral and hot. Spa place(the steam room ) not working on one day and the spa on another but all in all good value for money. Plenty of swimming done. Breakfast buffet tables were very good with good choice. The lake next door was very nice with coffee on the edge. Best restaurant in the area was Relax- just 5 minutes walk. Will visit again but in the winter and if the outdoor pools are going to be open.

Cons: Not much to notice

Pros: The food was so delicious! The staff at the restaurant was really good and professional!All spa facilities and the staff there are great!

A nice stay in a spa hotel

Pros: The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very nice.

Cons: The bathrooms — when one takes a shower, one has to wait for the water to go down the drain.

Pros: Закуската беше разнообразна. Като цяло храната е вкусна и изобилна. Любезен персонал. В СПА зоната НЕ се усещаше миризма на хлорна вар, което е супер и не дразни очите, тъй като басейнът се почиства с машина. Хотелът е на доста голяма площ, страхотна градина и много външни басейни.

Cons: Матраците бяха една идея по-твърди. Нямам забележки по хигиената в целия хотел. Единствено по фугите в зоната на душа имаше черни петна, което създава усещане за непочистено.
