Perfect weekend getaway in the heart of the Rhodope mountain

Pros: The room was very clean, the location is good and quiet and there is enough place for couple of cars to park. The views are incredible and it is close to the Smolyan lakes. The breakfast was also satisfactory.

Great value for the money!

Pros: Amazing stay in the heart of the mountains! The hotel is cute, has a unique design and view. We loved how big and peaceful our room was, super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great each day - nothing big, just a few simple things like pancakes or french toast, but it was great for us. The restaurant was also nice - food was good for the region and the staff was always helpful and smiling. I liked the fact that we're so close to many eco-trails and at the same time that we're not so close to the city center of Smolyan (too noisy there). Will definitely visit again!

Cons: Some bug nets on the windows would be nice, as they were missing.

Wonderful place

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are spacious, very well furnished and perfectly clean. The food in the restaurant is delicious. With it’s location near the town and with lots of options for walks around hotel Smilen is the perfect choice for a nice and relaxing vacation.

Good value for money :)

Pros: The interior is very beautiful, our bed was very comfortable and the room was clean when we arrived. The food at the restaurant was very delicious. Location of the hotel is great.

Cons: Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 3 nights stay, we didn’t have enough toiletries and had to ask it. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning and the room became very hot.
